Anton wouldnt mind an s/o that’s somewhat possessive (but DOESNT break his privacy or boundaries ofc), Sungchan would take it as them showing him that they care and Shotaro is into high loyalty and his s/o being jealous kinda cements it plus he has venus/mars which I kinda associate with attracting more jealous s/os
