tried to talk to my best friend about her being distant and mean and she said I was being insecure and that my mental health was rapidly declining. Like duh I know that but she's being weird. Then she said that I should take initiative and stop waiting for everyone to do stuff for me. And that's literally not what I was saying?? Take initiative??? Bitch no I'm scared to ask for help because I think it will inconvenience people. Have you ever been depressed and tried asking for help?
