okay i’m curious bc my parents were relatively young having me but idk what age difference is “normal” between parents and kids as i’ve met people with plenty of variations. so if you want, reblog this and tag (don’t comment) how old your parents were when they had you. my mom was 25 and my dad was 21. 

I'm the middle child. When the issue of Santa came up I was brought into the fold to help with all the games to keep the story for the littles. My job, specifically, was to make sure that the reindeer treats had been partially eaten as an proof they had enjoyed it. For a couple of years I would pick up extra carrots and break one in half, gnawing in the end to leave bite marks, after my little sister went to bed. When my sister joined us after all that time she said "I was so confused, because there were even bites taken out of the carrot". Maybe took that one a little too far
