I wanna dump this in here I made this while I was in my Steven Universe phase and it’s supposed to be a feline based Steven Universe AU where the gems are some sort of cat species that ARE NOT house cats, and this is incredibly old and disgustingly cringe in my eyes it’s a stupid fanfic that I wrote a long time ago and it’s about now I revisit my past

idk but this is also a WIP and it’s also yet again a Steven Universe cat AU. I can’t stop doing this lol, it’s quite fun to imagine the gems as animals or cats. Particularly quartzes are quite fun to design. the quartzes in this AU have a lot in common with long haired cats with breeds similar to the Norwegian forest cats or Maine coons, they’re just tough like those long furred breeds just built for the harshness of the weather on any planet that their race had conquered and controlled. Quartzes are described as being large, rowdy, playful and loyal class of gems and like soldiers they are designed to be incredibly durable, characteristics much like that of a big massive Maine Coon. Also their fluffiness and their big burly build is also an intimidation factor for lower class gems it’s helpful from stopping those gems from rebelling or other intimidate and subdue organic non-sapient lifeforms.
