while we are in undoubtedly terrifying times of the downfall of capitalism, it's pretty great to watch corporations do so poorly at this level. idk how they're really doing higher up where us peons can see, but seeing the absolute shit management of the local walgreens, cvs, etc go down the drain is pretty cool

like, they're trying so hard to make up for the fact the no one wants to work for them anymore by implementing machine-based customer service and it's always such a miserable experience; the machines are so so flawed and constantly breaking down and need more employee attention than most customers do, and it's like jfc just hire people. full time. with good wages.
