I jus wanna throw a smol child at Hanzo and Kuai and see what happens. Like I actually have a MK OC who meets them both as a small child, it's a long story but she was essentially raised in an Area 51 type cell in the Special Forces facility. She needs a hug.

I read that literally. Like actually throwing a small child at Kuai. And my brain saw it like they were playing hot potato… and Kuai doesn’t know what to do and panics and tosses it at Hanzo.

I know, in my deepest of hearts, they would both hands down take the child in. I think Hanzo would go very parental because he lost his children. So the younger the child the more paternal he would be with them. He might not even tell them. He might pretend he was their real dad because I believe Hanzo would want that part of his life back so bad. And with the child’s parents not in play, it’s not like he has to worry about them coming back and taking them away.

As for Kuai. I don’t think he would be as paternal, but I do think with him having to live Lin Kuei so young and being kidnapped… I think he would do all he could to make the kid comfortable. And he would be gentle with them. And he would not force or expect them to be Lin Kuei. He would give them a choice when they were older and even help them to live a different life, if they so pleased.
