DEEZER & SHAZAM GUIDE - MUSE

STREAMING ON DEEZER

Volume - It is recommended that the volume is equal to or above 50% so that your volume is counted correctly.

Versions - Unlike Spotity, on Deezer versions of the same songs are counted as one.

Attention - Do not mute the application, or your stream will not be counted.

Short Playlist - Create short playlists of between 6 and 7 songs, alternating between them and avoiding robot behavior

HOW TO SHAZAM ON ANDROID

Play the song you want to Shazam 

Launch Shazam and click on the Shazam symbol and let the app recognize the song 

After the app detects the song go to the Settings - Apps, then select Shazam - Storage and clear data 

After clearing data go back and select permissions and enable mic and location prompts 

Keep repeating this process for multiple Shazams to count

Make sure to clear data before every Shazam and give permissions for multiple Shazams to be detected otherwise only 1 Shazam per 24hrs will be detected.

Play the song you want to Shazam

TIPS 

IOS users cannot clear data after the new update in the software hence only 1 Shazam per 24hrs can be done. 

Use multiple devices to Shazam and also use the app Snapchat to Shazam

7 NOT 24 - A BB tracking week is 7 days. Our focus on YouTube should be gaining streams during the entire 7 days of a debut week, not just the first 24 hours. Stream for longevity (seven days and beyond) and sustainability. Use playlists responsibly and as needed for your schedule.

Log in, Log In, Log In - You MUST be signed in to your YT account for the views to count towards the charts. If you are not logged in, those views will count for the view count numbers but NOT for the BB charts.

Limit Multiple Devices - YouTube tracks your IP address, so be responsible with devices. YouTube will delete views if your accounts/IP registers excessive hourly views, so aim for no more than 6 to 7 streams per hour per acct on YT to avoid excessive views.

Engage Frequently - You should have some type of engagement every couple of hours. You can comment or like someone else's comment but DO NOT SPAM. We need to engage more than once per day on the focus video.
