i think one of the most upsetting things about the sansa-jeyne switcheroo is that bookverse jeyne was a worst case scenario for sansa. sansa was protected by the most holy blood of the nobility. this entire “arya stark” bride of bolton was about names not just as identifiers but signifiers: when the great lords play their game of thrones, it is being common born that is dangerous. im sad to see that we lose that in the hbo storyline
