Yes, I am still working on it! (lmfao)

Would you believe me if I said that the hold up for this build is finding a set of tables that have 1 - 2 - 3 tile variations and fits what I started? Because that it is! D:

I could just work on the karaoke and bowling areas but the restaurant portion sets the tone for the corridor, the coat check, the entry floor bathroom, and outdoor terraces. (I'm REAL particular with how I want things, I KNOW lol)

The outdoor performance stage and floorplans are done though! That's the positive!!

These took an unreasonable amount of time to find. I, legit, scrolled until the gallery no longer loaded more lots per size, which I did not know that was possible. I will do my social media search when I get the motivation again **le sigh**

The Sims 4: Helpful Tip

Having Only What Is Needed for CC Builds

As someone who downloads CC builds from others, I figured, "why not share this?" It may help with folder management and prevent you from having more CC than what is needed.

BE CAREFUL OF MERGED FILES!!

Note: They typically have a size that exceeds what one piece of individual CC would have by heaps.

Download: Sims 4 Tray Importer

You can approach this many different ways. This is simply what I do when downloading CC builds from others.

Place all of the cc sets, used in the build, into a new folder named after said build

Place that folder into the Sims 4 mods folder

Open Sims 4 Tray Importer

Select the build that you are doing this for, located on the left side

Select the CC Tab

Select the first item of the list -> Scroll down to the last -> Shift Left Click (everything should be selected now)

Right Click the selection -> 'Show containing folder' through Sims 4 Tray Importer

Create another folder on the desktop to click and drag highlighted items into

Delete all CC sitting inside of the build folder that was created earlier. Those items are excess and are not needed in the build.

Sort CC that was dragged into the desktop folder into your normal mods. [Note: If you have items with the same name that indicates that they are duplicates. Your computer should prompt a window to tell you if so.]

Willow Creek Updated Map View

I still have plans to finish the Drifter Challenge. The point of me doing it was to make over Oasis Springs and Willow Creek, the two worlds that it is revolved around. As you may, or may not, have seen... I completed Oasis Springs.

I switched out the commercial row for Vartosa's AMAZING builds that I have been eying since previews were shared some months ago. (When I REALLY like something, my mind is made up lol)

San Myshuno T.O.O.L Makeover

I still have a way to go with the t.o.o.l portion of my San Myshuno make over but I did start it!

City Living Apartment - Interiors

Started the apartment for my toxic Romance Consultant sim (haha). The idea behind it is for him to be a bachelor, in every typical sense of the word. His apartment is luxurious because he hired one of his clients, who is an interior decorator. A little bit of "I really need my home done" and "let me flex how much money I have so that I can get with her". (Spoiler: It worked because they occasionally meet up for drinks while he is off of the clock)

The Sims 4: GShade (Helpful Tip)

You do NOT have to completely uninstall GShade to get the dx11 option. I would like the community to stop working harder than they actually need to lol

IMPORTANT:

(1) If this does not work, THEN you will have to clean uninstall gshade from your system. I'd suggest to screenshot your in-game settings, if you have messed around with anything outside of the preset, and then wipe all gshade files from your system before you reinstall.

(2) You should save backup copies of your presets. They do not take up a lot of disk space. Also, convert any reshade presets to be properly tuned for gshade through the control panel's 'Tools' option. It helps with performance.

Open Gshade Control Panel

Click 'Installs'

Find TS4

Click the trash bin icon

Confirm

Click 'Add' and choose your paths for both the reinstallation and your screenshots. (Note -- the screenshot path can be changed at any time through the in game settings)

dx11 should now be available

[Note: This was done by me as I had just updated my game to the most recent patch, released September 18th.]

Does your system NOT support Dx11 or you simply cannot be bothered to put in the work?

There is an in-game option to switch it back to dx9

Stuck on an infinite load screen after upgrading?

You may have to batch fix your cc through Sims4Studio. This personally happened to me and the batch fixing solved it.

WARNING: BACK UP YOUR FILES. Do NOT batch fix your ENTIRE folder. Only do buildbuy and CAS. If you have a lot of CC, It will take HOURS.

Still not working out?

Go back to using dx9. I personally, backed up my entire sims 4 folder to my secondary drive before I even patched my game for dx11.

Here is my not so berry rose gen's apartment before I begin working on her career. I'm not ready to finish playing her and inserting another chapter in. This way I can play her how I want, which was never on a normal lifespan.

Technically, going by the 3 primary colors... this palette falls within red LOL However, in all seriousness, her final home will center around the traditional shades -- with deeper tones.

The townhome, within my New York City: ONE build, was made to be her final residence. Hence, the red walls and a random yellow room. The yellow room is for my third gen!
