welcome, reader

welcome, reader, to this blog. take a look around, warm yourself up by that fire. you’re welcome to do anything you like here, but remember, don’t fall too far in.

let us introduce you to the blog, now that you’ve arrived. we expect you’d find stories, poems, quotes and song lyrics here. occasionally, the owner would post her own thoughts and maybe even poems that she wrote. trust us when we say- she’s as unpredictable as the wild weather.

speaking of the owner, there she is. she goes by cress, but just keep in mind that that isn’t her real name. she doesn’t usually show up for newcomers, but who knows, you might be an exception. on normal days, after school, she’d be in the library, completing her homework, studying, listening to her playlist, writing, or finding the perfect new book to read. psst- rumour has it around here that she is currently writing a new story too.

if you cannot find her doing any of these things, you’d be wise to guess that she might be practicing or playing the flute or piano. music is my roman empire, she often jokes. she is quite the romantic too- she’d been known to call all her friends darling. we once caught her writing a 5-page-long letter to her oversea friend.

oh, before we go, she wants us you remind you- please forgive her if there are any mistakes in writing, as english isn’t her first language. if you’d like to talk with her, don’t hesitate- just send her an ask! she makes no promises not to send a five-page-long answer back, though. just keep that in mind.
