If one has to put a label of either proship or antiship on themselves, 100% I'll be proship. Careful observation shows that this wasn't even heard of some years back. Witnessing the direct attacks that antis dish out to proshippers and try to excuse and justify their actions because of whatever reason is profound.
People still are under the misconception of what proship truly means. It's unfortunate. But I'd rather side with a group of people that are just a few words off from "ship and let ship" the philosophy of the earlier internet fandoms.
I also check blogs and if it's proship DNI I just block them. I block for whatever reason I please but especially curating my space to make sure I don't make someone else uncomfortable. I've been through too much IRL trauma wise to even entertain that of online discourse and drama. Maybe antis should do the same and think critically.
