They don't care what you look like or wear as long as you're happy. But they will be damned if they dare let such a show stunner go to waste.

Imagine you're working on a piece of art, getting covered in graphite/charcoal/paints of all kinds, sweating bullets out of the need for perfection. Your F/O notices, and decides to coax you into taking a break. They help you clean your area a bit so when your break is finished it's easy to return to. They've prepared a plate of cheeses, crackers, and some fruit of your choosing, and make sure you drink the entire cup of water they've given you. After your snack and some deep breaths, you return to your work, your F/O lounging on a couch behind you, watching you finish your piece.
