Max Headroom and Robocop feel as if they would fit in the same universe. Max would probably make fun of robo, that he's some unruly machine that's out of control due to his company's input probably trying to not make anyone think about max's own similarites to him, but with some secret jealousy as while Murphy was injured and came back stronger than ever with some downsides, Edison Carter's injury left a copy of him as an enslaved tv host with no physical body, a corporate puppet. Robo would probably just do his monotone criminal scum routine and not be on amiable terms with him until he learns why max headroom is, probably softening and most likely putting him out of his misery.
