Overall description: A bright and cheery ghost that will do their best to help with any problem that may arise. Mainly stays in the boilerworks because oddly to her it has a very homey feeling to it, she only occasionally leaves it if a large enough of an amount of rubber ducks leave the boilerworks and end up around the rest of the last resort hotel.
Welp here is a gift back for @skullsenpai. Ranze likes the boilerworks. And he likes Clem as friend. But he not knew someone else was there to that helped Clem. A ghost girl named Blue. And directly some good conversations happend while floating on a duck floaty.
