⚡ PSA ⚡ This seems to happen every year but since it's upon us: just a friendly reminder not to reblog the original zigzag design Disability Pride Flag. It can trigger migraines at best and epileptic seizures at worst in some people. The design was reworked to be diagonal stripes, and THIS design is safe to reblog. But every year this makes it a struggle of whether or not some of us should just block the entire tag. The best thing to do, if you insist on using the defunct design, is to use a "flash warning" tag so we can keep ourselves safe. But not everyone does so hopefully this message will help remind people. RB to spread the word.

Remember: being in pain uses energy. There’s nothing wrong with taking a long nap or sleeping in late after being in pain all day. If you need to rest, do it; don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise.
