Daryl Dixon x Reader
You were a lone wolf, like Daryl. You preferred to work on your own, and be left alone. That was, until you joined the group. They brought out your more social side, and sometimes, it scared you. You knew you were getting close to them, and you knew that people would start to drop. That's what seemed to happen every time you joined a group.
You thought you were bad luck, so for a while, you had considered leaving. You kept telling yourself that the group would be fine without you. That Daryl would be fine without you.
And then you changed your mind. Because of Daryl.
He had found you in your tent, packing your things. He stood there quietly at first, just watching you. He knew what you were doing, and he was there to stop it.
"Y/N" You squealed at the sound of his voice, not realizing that he was there. "Jesus Daryl, you scared the shit outta me. Can I help you with something?" He didn't respond at first, just stared into your eyes. "You're leaving, aren't you?" Your eyes dropped to the ground, and your shoulders dropped as well.
You nodded, refusing to make eye contact with the man.
"Y/N, look at me" He demanded. Your eyes filled with tears as you looked up at him. He looked down at you with anger filled eyes, which only made you feel worse about leaving. "Why? We save you, and you repay us by leaving" His voice raised with each word he said.
You stayed quiet until he was done, not wanting to make him any angrier. "I have to, Daryl. I don't belong here. I'm bad luck. If I leave now, maybe...maybe no one will get hurt." He stood there, mouth open in shock. He refused to believe that you truly believed that.
"You really believe that?" You nodded, and your eyes went back down to the ground again. He walked over to you, and put two fingers underneath your chin, and lifted you head to make you look into his eyes.
"Y/N, people are gonna get hurt or killed one way or another. It just happens, and there isn't anything we can do about it. It's no one's fault but the universes. You understand?" You nodded, and your lip began to quiver as tears started cascading down your face.
Daryl pulled you into a hug, swaying the both of you side to side, petting your hair to comfort you. "Please stay. The group needs you." He went quiet. "I need you" He whispered.
A sob escaped your lips, along with many apologies. He just hugged you tighter, and kissed your head.
"I promise I won't leave" You managed to get out before sobs took over once again. He didn't say anything, only gave a small smile.
He pushed you back gently, and looked you in your red, glossy eyes. He cupped your face with his hands, and brought his lips onto your own.
Your lips fit perfectly together, and your tongues clashed together in the small make-out session. Eventually, though, you had to pull back for air.
"I love you Y/N, and if you ever left" His voice wavered towards the end. He didn't have to finish the sentence for you to know what he meant. "I know. I love you too, and I promise I am not leaving. Not now, not ever."
After that, the two of you laid together on the mini bed you had made on the floor of your tent, enjoying one another's presence.

Seems about right, ya
Rick Grimes x Reader
Warning: This one is going to be pretty sad. So prepare yourself.
You and your boyfriend Rick were driving down the road and into town to get supplies for the group. The car ride was silent, both of you taking the chance to relax for a bit before having to run around, avoiding dangers.
The tress seemed to fly by as y'all drove. It was calming, not having to worry about running from a herd of walkers for the moment. You could tell Rick was pretty calm as well. He had a hand on your thigh as he drove, and a smile on his face. It cased you to smile as well.
Eventually, the calm had to end eventually, and the car slowed to a stop in front of a grocery store. You unbuckled your seatbelt, and unholstered your gun and cautiously exited the car, looking for any walkers in the area. Rick did the same thing.
The two of you quietly walked into the store, eyes scanning the interior. A few things scattered the shelves. Not too much, though. It looked like the grocery store was one of the first places to get hit in this town.
You and Rick go to the closest shelf, and grabbed anything that looked like it was still good. You did so quickly, but quietly, so you wouldn't draw attention to yourselves. However, you heard a groan behind you, and rolled your eyes in annoyance.
When you turned around, you didn't expect the walker to be anyone you knew. However, you saw that it was your little sister you had been looking for all that time. Tears filled your eyes as you drew out your knife.
"I'm sorry" You whispered as you stabbed her in the head. Her body dropped to the ground with a thud, and you put a hand over your mouth to hide the sob that escaped your lips. Rick ran over to you when he heard the sudden noise.
He looked down at the dead walker, and back up to you to see tears streaming down your face.
"Was this your little sister?" He asked. You only nodded your head, not wanting to make any further noise. He sighed, and brought you into a hug, letting you cry into his chest. His arms wrapped around you tightly, and he kissed your head in comfort.
"I think we should get out of here" He said. "Yeah. Yeah we should" You whispered back. Your eyes went back to your dead sisters body, before you picked up the bag full of supplies, and ran out of the store and into the car.
Neither one of you sad anything on the way back to the camp the group had set up. He knew you didn't want to talk, so he just held your hand, and rubbed his thumb over your knuckles as a way to let you know he was there for you.
Poe Dameron x Reader
A/N: Sorry for yet another Poe fic, but I had this idea and needed to write it before I forgot it.
The day drags on with no word from your friend, Poe. He'd been sent on a mission to retrieve some information from the First Order, and no one's heard from him since. You feel the anxiety come on as the hours pass by. Finn and Rey take notice of how much you're worried and do their best to help.
"I'm sure he's fine, Y/N. Poe's pretty strong" Finn tells you. You sigh and sit down at the table with him and Rey, putting your head in your hands. "I know, I'm just worried about him. I don't want him to get hurt or captured" you say. Your two friends nod understandingly. Rey goes to speak but an alarm goes off, interrupting her. The three of you jump from your seats and rush to the hangar.
The rest of the base rushes to the hangar as well, making it hard to see what's going on. Eventually, you push to the front of the crowd, putting your hands on your hips and staring at the sky. A minute passes by before you see a familiar x-wing land in the hangar. Your shoulders drop in relief and your feet start moving before you can stop. Poe barely has time to prepare himself before you've launched yourself at him. He chuckles and wraps his arms around you, picking you up and spinning you around. You giggle and hold onto him tighter. He sets you down gently and puts his forehead against yours.
"I was worried about you" you whisper. He smiles gently and rubs your face gently with his thumb. "I told you I'd be fine, did I not?" You huff and roll your eyes. "Doesn't change the fact that I was worried" you grumble. He chuckles and you huff. The two of you cling to each other for another few minutes before finally pulling away. BB-8 nudges your leg, and you laugh, patting the droid a couple times.
You and Poe walk back to your shared quarters, hands intertwined with the others. BB-8 rolls behind the two of you, beeping happily. Happiness washes over you when you look at your boyfriend and his droid. You were glad he was back, safe and sound.
