Correct Pasta

Each pasta is carefully designed for specific sauces, dishes, and ways of eating. Each made to best enhance the experience of a particular kind of meal. To hold on to different textures of sauces, to absorb different amounts of liquid, to give a certain bite, to sit in different amounts upon the spoon or fork, and etc etc etc. Pasta science is surprisingly complex.

That is why it is very, very important to disregard all of this and choose your pasta based entirely on how it makes you feel.

Sometimes you feel like "Ohhh little bowties yippeeee bowties bowties yay oh little bowtie pasta shapes yay yay!"

Sometimes you feel like "ROTINI!! 🪇🪇🪇 (Mario and Luigi superstar saga battle music starts playing and everyone dances)"

Sometimes you feel like " :) :) I like the little shells :) they make me happy :) :) little shell shape pastas :)"

This is the most important part of choosing your pasta.
