MC: No shut up, you're insane.

Jessy: Yeah, you're right. What would you ever see in him?

MC: What is that supposed to mean? He's funny, he's smart, he's handsome, he's- oh.

Jessy:...

MC:...

Jessy: *sniggers*

MC: I can't believe I fell for that.

Not to mention reading those actual lines. I be redoing every expression written on those pages, muttering the character's words while doing so.

Anybody else make the expressions of their characters when they're writing? If somebody grimaces, I'm grimacing with them.

Part two of this headcanon

• They didn't talk about it. They sat quietly at the table during breakfast, listening to the lively chatting of the others.

• They didn't talk about it when they were all planning where they should go today. Not even when they were left alone in the backyard. Mc just sat in the swing staring out of her head, monotonously pushing herself with her feet, and Jake watched.

• They didn't talk about it as they sat close together in Thomas's car, the radio background noise in the conversation between Jessy and Hannah. Nine people had to be divided into two cars, and there they were the most.

• There was no mention of it as they walked through the city, Jessy and Lilly happily dragging Mc behind them, asking her to tell more about the sights. She did, of course, since she's a historical journalist and this is her country. She knows. Almost as well as those black strands of hair and its owner behind her.

• They didn't talk about it as they walked side by side at the end of the group, lest one of them gets left behind and lost in the crowd. They didn't speak to each other more than necessary all day, but that moment was on both of their minds. It was indelible.

• The memories came back in a huge, strong wave when they touched each other by accident on the narrow sidewalk, yet they didn't talk about it.

• That moment was too intimate, too fragile, not belonging to the outside world, only their own.

• They didn't talk about it when they ordered lunch and ice cream, when they saw a deer on the way home, when everyone went to the backyard after dinner to hang out by Dan's campfire.

• They didn't talk about it when everyone slowly returned to their bedroom, when only Mc was in the kitchen, washing the dirty dishes.

• Neither of them said a word when Jake walked through the door, standing next to Mc, hips leaning against the counter, looking at the woman, the hands, the eyes, the lips, the place that made him wonder if her heart was beating there at least as much as his.

• They were quiet because it was their own little thing only they can understand. Their own language. Fragile and sensitive to all external sounds.

• They didn't talk about how that morning after Mc woke up for the second time, this time her head resting on his shoulder, Jake whispered "I love you" in her ear and kissed her forehead.

Exactly! It tends to get a bit annoying, downright frustrating when people blend fiction with reality too much. I mean, in fanfics and stuff like that it's fine, because we are talking about NONEXISTING CHARACTERS, not REAL PEOPLE with their real life and real personality.

This is sadly inavitable, the amount of fandoms I've been in and seen this happen day by day... It's just truly sad.

Is anyone else tired of Jake being mentioned every time Daniel posts a photo? 🙄

At first it's okay, but God... Jake isn't going to hate you for admiring an actor 🤌🤌🤌 what does he care if he doesn't even exist!!

Mmm... I think Eric's little crush in the story for the next chapter he will no longer have it 😆 I need Macie and him would start that friendship and collaboration already, I can't wait until he asks if she has a boyfriend, I want the dynamic of friends between them ✨✨ (And more for adding original content so that a character I have for him appears ✨)

I want a funny scene of Macie apologizing for thinking she gave him hope and poor Eric listening to her talk about Jake and how special he is 🤣 someone has to put up with her obsession/Love like a teenage 🤭 And I think Eric will be happy to see her well compared to how she was the last time they spoke 🥺

I need this friendship so much, maybe even a big brother/little sister dynamic 🤭

Y'all, chapter 15, 16, 17 & 18 are my favourites so far, it feels surreal rereading them, I'm completely amazed by the fact I wrote that. Can't wait until you all can read it too 😭
