You listened to him, you stopped any way of communication with him. You didn't even try to look at him when you were sharing the same classroom. You came back to the past, like nothing happened. You lost everything interaction, even your little fights, you were missing them too. As crazy as it can be. The only good point about all of this, is that you got a good grade in potion. You would've liked to celebrate this with him, when you received your note, this is the only time you turned to look at him. But he was looking away, without even caring if you succeeded or not.

You just had to forget it, forget that part of Draco that only you saw. And accept that he was that jerk he has always been. You're going to Hogsmeade with the group tonight. Hermione proposed everyone to go, you had no wanting in going there, but you didn't want your friends to worry too much. And this is how you got yourself, entering the tree broomsticks and sitting to a table besides Harry. "4 butterbeer please !" The chosen one said to the waiter.

And just when the beers arrived, the door opens on new people. "Of course, we have to see him here too." Harry complained as Blaise Zabini make his way into the pub, followed by Pansy and last but not least, Draco Malfoy. Your heart skip a beat when you catch Draco's gaze, you see him frown when he looks at you. He probably didn't expect to see you here. "It almost looks like they're doing it on purpose." Ronald added to his friend complains. You take a deep breath, this night is going to be long. "Or maybe it's Friday night, everyone is going, and it's not like there's a lot of bars around Hogwarts, it doesn't surprise me much." You explained, trying to reassure yourself at the same time. "Why are defending him ?" Hermione asked, clearly triggered by your remark. "I'm not defending anyone, I'm just explaining why he's probably here, we're not the center of the world." You sigh slightly, putting your eyes on Draco again. He was now sitting at a table not that far from yours. He had that same annoyed look on his face like he didn't actually want to be here. "Wake up Y/N, he's been a dick to us his whole life." Ronald continues. "It's almost like he based his life on to annoy us." Harry add in a laugh, finishing to piss you off. "So you really think you're the center of the world, I'm pretty sure Draco as a lot more things to think of than just three Gryffindor at school." You were absolutely sure actually, throughout your numerous conversation with Draco, he opened up about his personal life, explained why he hated Harry and the other so much.

"You're acting weird Y/N, do you know something we don't ?" Ron asked as he frowns, confused by your acting. You think for a second, was it the right to tell them the truth ? You would have to tell them one day, and it feels like it's coming. "Yes...remember when Snape proposed me some private lessons with another student ?" You started. "It was Draco." And Hermione finished. You nod as a response. "I've spent a lot of time with him and..." You stop when you meet Draco's eyes, he was looking directly at you but moved his head when you looked at him. "He's not as bad as you think he is. I discovered another part of him, we should...give him a second chance ?" You grimace as you proposed, you already knew the answer, but it wasn't for lack of hoping. "What ? Do you really expect us to be friendly with him ?" Ron asked, eyebrows frowned. "If I got along with him, you can too." You add, in hope that they could understand. "Forget it. I'm not going to be friend with a guy who insulted my family and my girlfriend !" The Weasley shouted angrily. "We can't do that Y/N..." Hermione said in a sweet voice, trying not to hurt you. "You would understand if you took the time to talk to him." You roll slightly your eyes. "There's nothing to talk about." Harry opened his mouth again after a long time. You turn to your best friend, quite disappointed, out of the three he was the least you expected to say that. "Really Harry ? You're the most open-minded person I know..." You frown. "Yes but were talking about Draco Malfoy, there's no hope for this guy."

"You're acting like he's fucking Voldemort." You said, out of anger. "Stop insisting Y/N." You sigh and get up from your chair. "Where are you going ?" Hermione asked as you put your jacket on. "I'm leaving." You don't let anyone say something else and make your way outside the pub. You put your hand in your pocket to protect it from the cold air and start to walk towards the castle but a voice cut you in your way. "Y/N !" You turn around and face Harry. "What do you want ?" You ask, tired of this argument. "I want to understand, why do you want us to be friend with so bad ?" He asks as he finally reaches you. "I-...because...I saw the good in him, I want you to see it too." You explain. "You like him..." Your eyes widen a little at Harry's remarks, because he's right you like Draco. More than you should. You nod slowly to confirm his affirmation. "Really Y/N ? Out of everyone, you had to fall for him !" He shouted, and you bite your lip, in scare of losing your friend. "You don't chose to whom you're falling in love with...now, if you're done with your judging, I'm leaving for good." You turn on your feet and leave the boy with the scar behind you.

You let a big sigh leave your lips when you fall on your bed and wrap yourself in the sheets. You didn't have the courage to get up and take a shower but your owl decide otherwise when she enters your dorm and throw a box on your face. "O/N !" You shouted angrily as she only responds with a cooing. You sit on your bed and put the box in your lap to open it, you discover a little card that you quickly open.

"Meet me at 10PM at the Ball ! I need to talk to you. I hope you'll like what's in the box.

You recognize his handwriting pretty quickly, his signature just confirms it. You can't help but smile when you read that he wants to talk to you. Finally, after these weeks of complete silence. You frown when you see the last words, you then put the card on the side to remove the piece of paper that cover what was beneath it. Your eyes widen as you discover a folded piece of fabric. You take it between your hand and get up to unfold it and reveal the beauty of it, your eyes wander to the label, it shows a fancy brand that you could never buy yourself. No doubt it comes from Draco and his sense for fashion, the dress was incredibly beautiful.

You jump when you hear someone walking on you holding the black fabric. "What is this ?" Ginny asks as she sees the dress in your arms. "Umm...a gift." You quickly say while you fold it back and put it in the box again. "Oh, it's from your partner the ball next week ?" She sits on her bed in front of yours. "No...not really." Talking about the ball, you didn't have a partner, but you weren't planning on having one. It was just a quick night to celebrate the end of the year, nothing fancy; one thing will be sure, all the eyes will be on you if you put this dress on. "From whom is it then ?" The Weasley girl frowns. "Draco..." You sigh as you sit on your bed again. "Wait ? Did I miss something ?" You giggle and explain her everything from the start, to the potion lesson to your argument with your friends a few days ago. "Oh...that's why Ron is mad lately..." She says in a soft voice. "Yeah..." You complain from your sheets. "Don't worry, they'll understand. And don't believe a word of what Draco told you on the tower !" You frown as you turn to look at your friend. "Why ?" You bite your lip, waiting for the ginger to give you some advice. She might be younger than you but she's so much more experienced in relationship than you. "Hello Y/N, he bought you an expensive dress and proposed you to meet him after the ball."

You nod slightly, she's right, this gift is encouraging for sure. You're already impatient to know why he wants you to meet him that night.

The night as come, you're almost ready to leave for the ball. "Ginny ! Help !" You shouted across the room. She arrives, running on her heels. "What's wrong ?" She asks, confused. "Can you help me to attach the back of the dress ?" You ask with a radius smile, she sighs and get behind you to help you. "You're gonna be the queen of the party tonight." She sheers, and you let an embarrassed giggle escape your mouth. "I didn't know Draco had so much good taste !" She continues, and you can't help but smile when you look at yourself in the mirror. You couldn't the feeling you had, you were excited and terribly scared at the same time. You knew tonight wouldn't be just a night like the others. "You look incredible Y/N." The ginger head says in a whisper as she makes your shoulders turn to face her once she's done with your dress. "Now, go get your man !" She shouted, and you finally leave the room; with her.

You stopped in a bathroom to verify your face one last time before making your way into the Great Hall, you take a deep breath before getting down the stairs. All the eyes are on you, which make your heart beat so fast. Especially when you meet his gaze, staring at you with a small smile in the corner of his mouth, failing to keep it to himself. Little did you know the effect you had on him at this exact moment, when he saw you appearing in the dress he offered you. He wanted to join you so badly, but he had to be patient and wait just a few hours.

But before, you had to reach the Great Hall, the headmaster's speech was about to begin, so as you enter it, surrounded by murmurs talking about you, your eyes wonder to the room, to finally see Ginny with your friends. You take a deep breath and reach the ginger head girl, being the onyl one still talking to you, you could only spend the night with her.

When the speech finally stops, you and Ginny sigh out of relief "Let the party begin !" You giggle, Ginny is always here for partying and having fun. She grabs your hand and pull in into the center of the Great Hall, ready to dance a slow with you, which only makes you laugh even more. As you were dancing to the slow rhythm of the music, Ginny suddenly stops, causing you to stop too. "I think someone wants to talk to you." Your friends said while she looks behind you, you turn on yourself, and you frown when you see Harry standing there shyly. The ginger head girl push your back slightly, so you can go talk to him. You make a step towards the chosen one, and he pulls his hand to you. "Would you give me a dance ?" You chuckle as you grab his hand. "With pleasure !" You shouted, and you pull him between the other dancing students. He keeps your hand in his while the other one go to rest on your waist before bodies start to move together.

"Y/N...I'm sorry, for not understanding you." He started, and you frown slightly, you were about to talk, but he cuts you before you can. "I talked to Draco." You freeze when you hear that, you stop every move, and you stay like this, in a state of shock but a crazy curiosity takes over you. "I know, it sounds crazy...you should've seen it, it was the first time we had a real conversation." A giant smile appears on your face to Harry's delight. "It's almost time Y/N, you should be in the stairs leading to him right now !" He shouted, you turn your head to the big clock and realize it's already 9:53, Harry was right, you should be gone now if you didn't want to be late. "How did you know ?" You said to ask your friend, surprised he knew about your meeting with Draco. "He told me everything." Your eyes widen. "Oh, so you're like best friends now ?" You tease and Harry can't help but roll his eyes to your remark. "Shut up and go !" You laugh and put a quick kiss on his cheek before running out of the Great Hall.

You arrive at the top of the astronomy tower, out of breath from all the stairs you had to climb. He's there, already turned to the stairs where you come from. Hands in the pockets of his black suit that suits him so well. Your cheeks go red when you see his eyes looking at you from head to toe. "You look gorgeous Y/L/N..." He said in a sweet voice. "It's all thanks to the dress that came from a mysterious person." You shrug your shoulders innocently making Draco giggle. "Well, this person has wonderful taste !" He cheers himself. "And a gigantic wallet !" You tease as you reach him. "No, but really Draco, it's too much, you didn't need to put so much money on this !" You say as you lower your head to look at the fabulous dress. Draco then grabs your chin between your fingers to force you to look him in the eye and only let go of it when he sees you falling in them. "You deserve it Y/N." You take a step back, confused all of a sudden by his acting.

He was missing from your life for the past weeks, ignore you and not to mention the horrible things he told you right at the same place a little while ago. So many questions jostled in your head the principal being, why was he acting so flirty all of a sudden, like nothing happen ? "Listen, i know you need some explanation. And that's why a proposed you to meet me here." He started. "I'm listening to you Draco." You encourage him to speak. "The reason why I've been such a jerk to you is because, I-... You smelled someone else in the amortentia..." He explained, and suddenly your heart skip a beat. "I was mad that you smelled this because I smelled you in it...I know all of this can't buy your love but..." He was about to continue, but you cut him by sliding your hand around his neck and putting your lips on his. It takes a few seconds for Draco to realize what is going on, but once the information reaches his brain, his hands finally find a place on your waist to pull you against his chest as his lips move onto yours into a passionate kiss. It is with a small twinge in your heart that you separate, but keep your foreheads together. "I lied Draco...I smelled you."

"I feel so stupid right now..." He says in a hurt chuckle. "Yes you are." You tease as you feel him take your hand in his. "Can I make myself forgiven with a dance ?" He asks in a whisper in your ear, sending shivers down your spine. "Maybe...but we need music for that no ?" You murmur at your turn, Draco pull away to look at you. "I can make the music." He says before starting to hum a slow rhythm. You can't help but smile when you hear the sound of his voice as your bodies balance slowly together. You then gently put your head on his chest without stopping your little dance, this moment felt like magic, you wish it could never stop, knowing a relationship with Draco wouldn't be easy and the next days of weeks will be animated, but for now you enjoy the last instants of peace.

Draco Malfoy falling for a Gryffindor, it sounds too good to be true, but it truly is, Draco loves you.

“Hey babe !” You shouted as you enter Tom’s house. “Don’t move ! And close your eyes !” You jump when you hear Tom’s voice screaming you to not move. “Umm...hello first ?” You said before giggling as you almost turn around. “Don’t move !” He shouted again. “Wow okay !” You laugh and close your eyes like he asked, you were still facing the door and you could hear Tom walking behind you. “What are you doing Tom ?” You asked, confused. “I prepared a surprise for you !” You frown, for a second you feel a slight panic taking over your body, thinking you missed an important date or something. “What did I do to deserve this ?” You asked curiously.

“Being an amazing girlfriend ?” You feel your cheek turning red when you heard him. “Okay, you can turn around but don’t open your eyes yet. And don’t cheat !” He says, you could hear he was close to you. You obey and turn around like he asked without opening your eyes. “Now, give me your hand.” You hesitate for a second. “Come on, you don’t trust me ?” He giggles. “Not when I have to keep my eyes closed and give my hand to a clumsy man.” You tease before laughing with him. “Don’t worry ! You’re not in danger Y/N” You nod and finally pull your hand towards him, you feel him gently taking it. He brings it to his lips to put a sweet kiss on it, net falling to making you blush. You then feel him putting your hand on something, you frown, not recognising what it is. You jump when you feel a tongue liking your fingers, you pull away your hand and take a step back.

“What the f- did you just lick my hand ?” You asked out of shock but all you could hear is Tom’s laugh. “No, you can open your eyes darling.” You do as he say and your hand fly to your mouth when you see a little puppy in Tom’s hands. “Oh my god ! He’s so cute !” You shouted with a pounding face as you approach to caresses the little dog. “Surprise !” Tom said in a smile while to rub the puppy’s head. “You are crazy Thomas Andrew Felton” He chuckles as he looks at your happy face, the most beautiful thing he saw in his life, he could do anything to make you smile until he gives you a little Bulldog. “Can I take him ?”

“Yes ! Of course ! It’s ‘her’ by the way “ he corrects you as you take her in your arms, you pull the puppy in the air to look at his little face. “Hi baby ! You’re so cute” You said in a kid voice. “Ready for parenthood Tom ?” You asked your boyfriend as you crouch to put the puppy in the floor. “More than ready !” He shouted before grabbing your face when you stand up again and put a soft kiss of your lips. “We need to find her a name.” Tom seems to think for a second while you look and the dog running around. “What about Willow ?” You turn your head again to him and nods in response. “I like it !” You crouch again, followed by Tom and Willow join you. “Welcome to the family Willow !” Tom murmurs, lacking you smile.
