Can I ask what brushes you use/ how you get those cool affects on your art?

well uh this is very complicated

ibis = i use genius pen for lineart and the marker for basically everything, filters i use chromatic vibration on the lineart layer and then i add noise on top

krita = too many pens (downloaded online) absolutely no filter
