this might be odd to say but i.... miss missing you.

i opened my phone earlier, hoping to have a message, and my notifications were empty. and i got a twinge of that feeling i used to get when you don't respond for a bit.

The hole in my heart felt fresh for a moment or two.

I'm sorry that I'm posting less often, it's been eating at me.

But all i can think about is "god, i miss her."

I say your goodnights to the midnight sky, hoping you might hear them.

Needed to talk to someone about you, this is what I ended up saying.

Speaks for itself, I think.

I decided it was a good night to cry, so I'm listening to your playlist.

At least I know there's hope now.

To add context to my last post, a mutual friend recently contacted Moonbeam briefly. I won't divulge specifics, but before the contact was abruptly cut by a blocking, I got some hope.
