Okay so ramble time about the Legion and Legion occupied towns+citizens in said towns:

So from what we understand about Legion controlled areas is that the populace that was there before (barring they’re not tribal) basically live life as before except now they have fewer freedom to decide what goes on in their lives.

Okay, and from what else we gather things like alcohol and sex work is frowned upon. So they most likely close those places down in their new territory.

UNLESS, maybe there’s a loophole and only Legion soldiers, slaves, and children of soldiers can’t go into those places???

Which makes me wonder something else. What about schools, hospitals, and libraries? Those places can challenge the beliefs of the Legion dogma. Are those closed/gutted/destroyed? Or are those allowed to function as long as they don’t help the army???
