Hey you know what sucks? having a PANIC ATTACK at ur first day in school like WHY i just randomly started shaking andy head hurts and i couldn't even focus on the lesson even the teacher asked me what's wrong and i couldn't reply and it got worse i started crying and when the bell the rang for lunch time i went to the nurse she was sitting with another teacher and i tried to tell her i had a panic attack she said there is nothing wrong with me and i was making it up and said you can't You cannot diagnose yourself with a disease unless it's from a doctor and wtf I had it for the first time how can i go to the doctor and it's not a disease it's a fit and i found out she doesn't know what a panic attack is and she said it's only in yours head go eat lunch and i stormed out crying like crazy cuz no one believed me and no one tried to help me i felt so helpless and when another teacher asked me what's my name when she saw me crying I was stuttering and about to scream i couldn't understand why am i so scared of nothing and no one was doing anything it's embarrassing i couldn't stand others looks and i don't even know any one in my class every one that i know is in another classes and i felt so alone my throat hurts so much and my heart beat's like crazy and sweating and crying i was such a mess and the worse is this happened in a public place and i have social anxiety. well shit i talked to much :(

At the sunny day, Michael come home from school and get ready for the long summer vacation. he's walked away with a backpack goes to home. he's hope he'll get better, after accident of the bite of 83.

Michael: "ugh, i hope i feel better in this summer." *sigh* he's complaining abt the anxiety that he felt lately.

And he's come home, then he's opened the door and come in on his home. an he feel his mind was messed up. and he's planing to go to shop and buy some snacks, maybe order coffee too in caffe.

At the shop, he choosen snacks to buy. after choosing some snacks to buy, he queued at the cashier to pay of his snacks. and he's mind thinking abt Evan, his brother. his mind boggled again, he shook his head to wake up from the bad memory.
