There's a similar fic where kusuke tries to off himself but luckily kusuo comes in time and sends him to a hospital and after that he forces him to go to a mental hospital or something for 6 months i think, I've read it once it wasn't bad i could give u the link if u want
i wish there was a saiki k fic that just consisted of kusuke going to get therapy (probably because kusuo threatened him) and he realizes "damn ive been a dick to kusou i should probably fix that" and the fic mostly consists of him trying to be a decent older brother but he has no idea how to do it so hes like "do younger brothers like mechs? i should get him a mech." also kusuos friends are really concerned where all this super high tech stuff is coming from
