im a little late but for asking abt yr au's, I'd love to hear more about your first android au! particularly abt the other androids in development, if they ever got far enough along to have programmed personalities before being destroyed (or maybe that just wasn't a thing with them?) also anything else u wanna talk abt irt 5 bc i love her mwah

RIP these guys! So in the First nindroid au it's canon that Zane is the very first viable android AI, and Dr. Julien programmed him to learn and age similar to a human child. during his time with his siblings, they vastly outpace him because they learn and grow much much faster than him as his slow progression was seen as an area to be improved. Zane's older than them all but they consider him the baby because he's still in his toddler/child phase while they've matured into adulthood. They do have personalities! In order to make them as human as possible, the scientists- while they sped up their learning and aging algorithm- allowed them to form their own identities and supplied them with media and education as they aged to help them form their cores. Each sibling is their own, unique person- and over half of them have been lost forever.

Zero: Zane

One: never speaks to the others, is probably evil- or just quiet. Who knows? (joke, they're just quiet. Being the evil sibling is a running joke that they're in on.) Displayed advanced pattern recognition and enjoyed playing cards with their handler.

Two: valley girl/legally blonde esque, smart as a whip but seems very shallow or surface level. Showed strong mothering tendencies, and expressed a desire to have a more active role in Zeros growth.

Three: chill, calm, cusses more than the others. Protective and adventurous, was looking forward to gaining a body and seeing the world outside pictures on a screen.

Four: Pretentious. The sibling with the largest database, four has expansive knowledge on everything stored in his hard drive and constantly runs algorithms and calculations. He spent his free time attempting to solve great unsolved math problems, and believed he was getting close to a break through before his death.

Five: A very serious, thorough person. She wants to do her job and she wants to do it well and spends much of her time learning how to protect and help people. she regrets the time she didn't spend with her siblings that she cannot make up for. dealt with her trauma by leaning into her prime directive and going after all ems regardless of crimes or lack thereof.
