If You're Comfortable With Sharing . . . This Blessed Doll Was Curious On How To Make Rentry Graphics
if you're comfortable with sharing . . . this blessed doll was curious on how to make rentry graphics with gifs . . . as you've made them before, this one decided to ask
well , it depends what type of gif the blessed doll is looking to make !
image - fade type gif explanation ~
but onto the edited gif tutorial !

i go into ibis - paint x && Open the gif that i want to edit ,

add a new layer , color it white , lower the opacity ~

add another layer , go to filters > frame > blur frame , strength is set at 15 , apply it twice ( don' t just set it at 30 ) , turn the gif ) first layer' s opacity to zero %%. save it as a transparent png !

i'm at Love You Island and it's absolutely packed. all your friends are here and we want you to come join us.
due to many foreseen circumstances i will go insane
list of websites that replicate the feeling of the old internet because i hate the modern web and i hope it explodes:
spacehey: possibly the most well-known recreation of myspace and a much better alternative to friendproject (im xXGEKKO'S_FLESH_GRINDERXx if u want to add me! :D)
nuclearboom: relatively new website that's somewhat of a hybrid between myspace and youtube, its one of my personal favs and it deserves way more attention and support
neocities: website where you can make your own webpage from scratch- already pretty well known by now but putting it here anyways
vistaserv: similar to neocities, but with a more geocities/web 1.0 feel to it- another personal fav :D
dreamwidth: website like the old livejournal layout, still trying to figure out how to navigate it but it looks super neat
blips: recreation of twitter from 2009, its pretty simple and still being worked on- but it has a lot of potential ^_^
bitview: video sharing site that's super faithful to the old youtube layout! (there's also vidlii but honestly i dont recommend it)
feel free to add on!!
I know it's been talked about before but I still don't think it's been emphasized how *fucked* today's internet experience is for children. I didn't know what the word "discourse" was when I was 8, or 10, or even 13. I was too busy playing the nigh-limitless amount of flash games out there on the internet and making sure my neopets were fed. Like I cannot stress enough that if I had free time on the computer, 9 times out of 10 I could go and play a jaunty little game someone had whipped up and put out there for no other reason than that creating games was awesome and easy to do. Or go to some page that existed just to collect memes; you see back then there were more than 4 sites, and you didn't need accounts to visit them. I didn't get targeted ads. I wasn't exposed to any sort of political ideology. I spent a lot of time on the computer but no one site monopolized my time or tried to fucking manipulate me into using it more. The internet was for more than one thing back then, and honestly I don't think enough people realize how much has been stolen from us.
