Firstly, yes they do! Pronouns are literally like nicknames so you don't have to say a person's name every time you address them. Neopronouns are the SAME exact thing, just replacing the pronoun with the word of their choosing.

Let people fucking live, man. If somebody feels more comfortable using bug/bugs pronouns, WHO CARES! How somebody else chooses to identify is none of your business! If you don't care to educate yourself, I'm sure many other neopronoun-users would agree, don't interact! It's that simple :)))))
