I usually know better than to click on clickbait articles, but sometimes a few pop up that seem kind of legit (as legit as you can get for a Facebook article, I guess), maybe even interesting. They’re not. For example, I hate reading these clickbait articles that discuss theories about movies and tv shows because they don’t really tell you anything significant. The so-called theories usually either don’t make sense or are overreaching. Also, about 97% of the article is just summarizing things you already know and you have to read (realty, skim or scroll) through aaaallll of that before they actually get to the point.
