Redesigned Sisu. Was looking forward to the movie before I saw the final design and it made me sad :(
they sanded her down so much its crazy!
anyways this was a fun challenge, trying to design a southeast Asian dragon to appeal to Disney and look feminine to western audiences while still maintaining as much southeast Asian influence as possible (have you seen their mythological creatures?? they’re wild and I fucking love them but they would probably scare most children).
but yeah had fun and my designs not perfect but I at least improved her I recon. she got an expressive moustache now. something Disney big time missed out on
