zayne is so domestic fluff material ... him coming home to you and a simple home cooked meal you whipped up after work. eating together on the couch as the sound of a random tv show drowns in the background. neither of you really care about what's happening to the characters, with you excitedly recounting your entire day and him being much too focused on every word that comes out of your mouth. slow, grounded kisses shared as you go through your night routine, neither of you feeling the need to rush. you stepping in to help him dry his hair. he says he can do it by himself but you insist with that smile of yours that gets him weak in the knees, and he finally relents. falling asleep to your soft fingers working deftly on his, prodding and pressing in all the right ways, sucking the tension out of his system. he's tired and it probably won't be long until he has to wake up again, but at least he gets to spend these few peaceful hours with you.
