I have decided to break chapter 7 up into two parts because it's so massive that it's easier for me to write separately. So I've got the first draft of the first half down, I just have to get the second draft, edit it, and then it will be ready to go!

Guys....

I'm halfway through writing chapter 8 and a sudden oneshot idea hit me over the head. It will not leave my brain. I might have to pause to write this. Hopefully I can get through this chapter first and then knock this one out.

God, if only I could stop thinking about queers kissing long enough to write about queers kissing I'd be so productive

The hardest part about starting a new chapter is deciding what events are important to start with and whose perspective to put it in. And sometimes the perspective determines what events are important but then I'm like "am I picking favorite characters cause I use this perspective a lot" but then I'm like so much of who we are is determined by how people see us and chose to love us anyway but then it's also how we see ourselves and trying to compact both views from the same event into a paragraph that flows is really hard

Y'all, chapter 7 is kicking my ass. I had to start putting the actual plot in here and I've restarted the chapter like 3 times because I can't get it to work with me.
