I feel since Pandora is my favorite Marauders Era girl I need to speak my truth.... she was really fucking weird (but in a different way from Luna)

And I mean yeah she was smart and observant but she was also really weird and sometimes came off as creepy or unsettling with her knee length hair and her love for bugs and snakes and the way she would collect bones and the way it always felt like she knew more than others (cause seer Pandora is real to me)

But she also had this regal-ness about her that just commanded respect, like the way she walked and talked and carried herself bc I love the hc that she was a Rosier or Lestrange

People often make her a replica of Luna, but she's not!!!

Been almost exactly 4 months and (though I'm not completely done drafting) I've started writing it😭

Absolutely a sucker for misunderstood Bartylus because of all the people irl that think it’s toxic. Like yes, I absolutely eat up in-universe characters having the same negative ideas about Bartylus that irl haters do and them all being wrong.

Like they think Barty is a chronic cheater, manipulator because he always cuts regulus off when he starts to answer stuff and answers for him, and is like policing him because he always hanging off of him and never leaves him alone. But Barty actually laughs in the face of anyone who thinks they’re even near enough to regulus’ level that he would even think of looking their way, he talks for regulus a lot because he knows regulus doesn’t like small talk and actually prefers Barty to shoo them away with his own answers, and come on they just like to be physically touching all the time it is a thing they both enjoy.

And they think Regulus is using Barty because he’s always batting his eye lashes and getting barty to do stuff for him, he’s corrupting barty and turning him not only away from his family but his moral values, and is emotionally jailing him by ‘makings sure’ that barty is only ever happy with him and no one else. Regulus genuinely doesn’t realize half the time how quick Barty is to jump to his aid and when he does he just thinks it’s cute he doesn’t actually expect or demand Barty to do this barty just does because he wants to, and regulus isn’t corrupting Barty he’s making barty feel comfortable and accepted enough to be his actual self both around regulus and in public, and regulus has no control over the fact barty is only ever the soft kind of happy with him that’s just Barty’s design.
