September 28. Dang this queue is really long I don't remember when I sent my last theory into the ring. Sooo Theory anon is at it again! With something new for once too.

Checked the wiki recently, started playing regretevator frequently again. Apparently all the floors with the Axosun logo (+ Jon.Co and the REGRETEVATOR itself) might be held by MR worshippers??? Because apparently the MR followers are using the Axosun logo as their icon.

I knew the axosuns all over the continuum were important, possibly tied to MR as well. But I didn't think they'd be THIS tied in with that Dang Rock. Now I'm questioning what floors are directly under the Cult's control or what is simply a repurposing of an old cult-settlement.

Ex. I know the Button Competition Floor has direct ties to the Axosun seeing as the mannequins fuel the REGRETEVATOR and there are posters around for Folly's Aspen Forest. But I don't know if the Red Ball Temple or Funny Maze are directly linked either since we don't know shit about what they'd be used for. (And I dont understand if Two Stud Camp and wherever the hell the Mannequins do their weird cult things are in the same forest yet. I might make a separate post because this one's already too long as-is.)

Of course not all of the ones interacting with Axosun products are cultists, and not all of the creatures made by the axosun are devoted followers (Bive, Mark and Wallter for example), but this certainly does add more names to the list of people who might have their ties.

Is this messy? Does it make sense? I don't know. I'm tired and I'm thinking too much about this funny game's lore again.

I want to clarify that it is a personal HC that Pest is a fan of Korn and that he identifies with Jonathan Davis.

Among his Korn favorite songs, we can find: Dead bodies everywhere, Freak On a Leash, Hey Daddy, Falling Away From Me, Clown.

I'll be so real I truly don't understand the appeal of barkbeetle, but I really love your art for it, and it has made me wonder, what is the appeal of it for you?

(Edit: I forgot to say it! I always choose an unpopular/crackship over a popular ship)

This question left me thinking for hours... I never usually question myself why I like the ship.

In my view, Pest and Mark are people who are still recovering from their past wounds (Hurt/Comfort), they support each other, although they behave like colleagues most of the time.

There will be good days and bad days, but try to learn from each other...

Maybe Pest learned to be more open with his emotions with Mark, maybe Mark learned to face his fears thanks to Pest, I don't know.

I never follow popular fanon, instead I try to implement my own HCs, ideas and dynamics, that's the fun part, you know!

I always try to implement a different vision, I would like to explore dynamics (an example, the Domestic AU where they have their baby) It's quite complex, I guess.

In short, I see them as a hurt/comfort dynamic. I really like that kind of dynamic and its multiple possibilities.

Either way, they won my heart. In the end, shipping is for fun, I forget logic and have a good time.

Oh! That has more of a cultural meaning!

Binkies are often used at Raves! People use binkies to counteract the effect of involuntary teeth grinding (effect caused by drugs)

According to what I researched, it was a trend in the 90s, I don't know if they do it today! However, it has been referenced in some shows (such as Samurai Jack and My Little Pony)

My designs are usually based on the 70s-90s, and Poob was no exception! They is based on the style of the 90s Raves!

(If you ask, Yeucc already confirmed that Poob can be a stoner, so that's where I based my binkie HC)

Pest being actually the most caring and protective dad for Termibaby is something i LOVE to think about

Mark found them at work.

Let's say, that day he and his coworkers visited a building that needed some repairs. The most affected was the ground floor, and even more so with the damp walls...

During the inspection, Jim noticed that one of the walls sounded hollow, and on impulse he destroyed it (he thought it was a good idea to start there).

Mark soon heard a scream, when he looked, Jim was horrified ”TERMITE! THERE'S A TERMITE PLAGUE!”

(Note: As mannequins, being made of wood, they clearly fear for their lives when there are termites nearby, they are easy prey for them. When mannequins encounter termites, they flee the area as quickly as possible.)

Everyone backed off! Including Mark haha! Although it seemed strange to him that those individuals did not come out, he took courage and decided to go closer to verify... There he found a small larva sleeping.

It was strange, there was a baby larva but no trace of the colony, Mark hesitated and hesitated, so he took them, Everyone was horrified that he was holding that thing in his arms, but Terminaty was more harmless than they thought...

Mark decided to take them with him that same day, 'cause he believed that someone would know what to do with them (exactly, that someone is Pest).
