Based on @snailsnaps idea, where Donnie is a little kid because of one of his experiments. I think because Raph is livid at Donnie for experimenting on himself (and his big brother senses telling him to baby his little brother), he decides to punish have him wear pull-ups, just to avoid "accidents". Only one problem: Donnie is very fast, so Raph assigns Mikey to put them on Dee.
I saw a picture that someone drew of Donnie in a highchair and I HAD to do this.

It would be cool if Rise!Donnie and Rise!Raph would do this.
Donnie: *jumps on Raph's plastron* Hey, Raph, do that thing!

Raph: *tries to ignore him*

Raph retreats into his shell as they plummet into the rooftop pool and allows Donnie to use him as surfboard.
So, Draxum is supposed to be a goat yokai, but why does he look like a wolverine? He's got the fangs and the sideburns, but you can't convince me that he's a goatman just because of his hooves.
I’m not sure who the original artist is but can someone draw the Rise Gang like this?
