i’m in such disbelief right now and beyond disgusted.

i really hope y’all are choosing your morals over kpop; because we do not know these men at all. i will never side with or defend a predator and a criminal, even with little to no proof. even if there is the smallest chance he may be innocent, i will always believe the victim first.

some of you, as fans of the boys for years and him in general, i know you must be feeling disappointed and betrayed. you’re not dumb for previously supporting him, as we couldn’t have possibly known. but now is the time for a reality check and it’s time to wake up and take a step back. this just goes to show that we know absolutely nothing about them.

for sm to just outright put out a statement on their own before any rumors even surfaced and immediately kick him out? this has to be insanely serious and i’m terrified of what he could’ve done. the crazy thing is with everything currently happening in korea with the telegram situation, and korean women constantly being in danger in general because of the men there, i’m not at all surprised that celebrities are being exposed. sm has protected criminals before, and held onto lucas when his scandal came out as well as other artists who have been exposed for similar crimes. i can’t even imagine the severity of the current situation. we’ve seen what happened with the burning sun, and these men are not immune to being misogynistic, vile human beings.

members have already unfollowed him and deleted posts with him in them; his best friend of 17yrs has unfollowed him. the company taking the initiative and him getting kicked out of the group in less than a second before anything even came out, no denying the claims or even trying to defend him. that should be enough to tell you and understand how serious this actually is. i am beyond disgusted with him and this whole situation.

i sincerely hope the victim is doing okay and praying for them to heal and get the justice they deserve. and remember that your love for these celebrities should always be conditional, because we do not know them. it’s their job to put on a show and show you their public persona, but behind closed doors? we don’t know what they’re actually like. we put them on a pedestal and yet we don’t know what they’re really capable of. they are still men after all. i hope the police are taking this seriously. there needs to be consequences and these women need to be protected.

let this be a lesson to all of us. they don’t know us, and we don’t know them, not really.

ALWAYS choose morals over kpop. and as women, we should be standing with the victims.

maybe not all men, but enough of them. and maybe not all men, but somehow always a man. and going forward, i will of course still be supporting nct as a whole. however, keeping the situation in mind, i will be supporting from afar for a little bit. i hope the rest of the members are doing okay, and hopefully no other members were involved, but this today, just shows that they can always surprise us. you never think it’ll be your fave, until it is.

let’s hope this causes a domino effect and more of these people are exposed and charged for what they’re doing.

wonwoo shuffles into your apartment, and immediately you know that this man is drunk. he's silent, hand braced against the wall as he quietly slips out of his shoes and into his slippers. didn't you text mingyu to go easy on him...? maybe you should have texted seungcheol and vernon, too.

"did you have a good time?" you call out, looking up from your book.

wonwoo looks up, staring at you for a moment. "... hm?" and then he smiles, "it was good. i missed you."

you slide a bookmark into place, shutting your book and setting it aside as you make room for wonwoo. he makes his way over to you, all but collapsing onto you as you feel how warm his face is. he plants a tiny kiss against your chest before shutting his eyes. he pulls off his glasses, reaching out to drop them onto the coffee table.

"happy birthday," you say, playing with the hair at the back of his neck. "i bought cake if you want it."

"thank you." another tiny kiss against your chest. "give me a few minutes first..."

you'll get some water into him before the two of you go to bed tonight. you just wrap an arm around him and snuggle in, happy to have your silly guy safe at home for the night.

Jeonghan and you were already in bed when your stomach growled for the second time, much louder than the first. “You hungry?” Jeonghan asked, raising an eyebrow. “Yeah… but I’m trying not to think about it,” you replied, sipping water from your Stanley. “What? Why?” he questioned, now sitting up and facing you with concern.

“I’m thinking of going on a diet. I feel like I’ve been snacking too much lately and gaining back the weight I lost from going to the gym,” you explained, avoiding his eyes.

“Babe… you’ve been hitting the gym a lot. It's okay to treat yourself once in a while,” he said, his eyes darting between yours and the Stanley cup in your hands. “I know, but still,” you muttered, still not meeting his gaze.

Jeonghan’s heart ached to see you struggle. He knew how much effort you put into staying fit, but he couldn't let you go to bed hungry. “Tell you what, let’s share a packet of your favorite instant noodles. How about that?”

Your face lit up, but then you slumped back into the bed. “I can’t, Hannie. I’ll feel guilty,” you said, hugging the bottle tighter. “Okay, then think of it as us being guilty together, alright?” He gently lifted your chin to meet his eyes. “Yn, I promised I’d do everything with you. Having a midnight snack is included. Plus, I can’t bear to see you go to bed with your stomach growling.”

After a few moments, you finally nodded. Jeonghan immediately jumped out of bed and rushed to the kitchen, afraid you might change your mind. You followed him and saw he was already boiling water in a pot and pulling out a packet of your favorite habanero and lime buldak ramen.

As Jeonghan brought the ramen over (he insisted you sit on the sofa and enjoy your show while he cooked), you noticed he had added two eggs and sliced beef to the dish. “Hannie…” you said, hugging him tightly. “Thought you might like it more,” he smiled.

“Thank you, Hannie,” you said, giving him a peck on the lips before diving into the feast.

“Hey! I made it for us to share!” he protested as you took a big spoonful. You grinned sheepishly. “Sorry, I’m just really hungry.”

You didn’t notice the way Jeonghan smiled at you, while you were too busy enjoying your midnight snack.

⦗💌 ⦘ it's no secret that the kwon siblings love to tease each other. but what happens when you come into play?

“stop touching my food!” soonyoung whined, as his sister quickly stole another piece of meat from his plate, giggling quietly. that had to be the third time she did that in the last five minutes, and hoshi was having none of that. “told you you shouldn’t have ordered that salad,” he muttered, looking at the last pieces of his favourite food on the nearly empty plate. 

“children, could you stop fighting for once and let us eat in peace?” his father chimed in. “we can’t take you out anywhere.” 

you, on the other hand, were too focused on your own food to notice the bickering that was happening right next to you. your day had been long and tiring, and this had to be your first meal of the day, so no one was really surprised that you were kind of in your own world at the moment. besides, at this point you were so used to the kwon siblings teasing each other that you stopped paying much attention to it. 

“it’s not my fault he’s being a chil- hey! why does she get to steal your food?” soonyoung’s sister asked indignantly, pointing her finger at you. “why are you not yelling at her, huh?” 

you quickly stopped in your tracks with your fork between yours and hoshi's plate with the last piece of his meat on it, and you could feel everyone's eyes on you without having to look up. “huh? what’s going on?” you asked, confused. sharing food in your relationship was normal, to be honest - you never fully ate whatever you ordered, you always shared it between each other, so why did you feel like you just committed a crime? 

“maybe because she’s my girlfriend, you moron,” soonyoung snickered, and moved his arm from the back of your chair to lay his hand on your thigh. “eat up, baby. don’t worry about her,” he said, and pecked your temple. 

his sister laughed bitterly, and set her fork down, clearly annoyed. “don’t worry about her? remember who’s the oldest here, kwon soonyoung.” 

your eyes wandered between the two with amusement, as you munched on the meat you just stole from soonyoung. it must have looked really funny from the perspective of the people sitting at the nearby tables - two adults shouting insults at each other like five-year-olds, but for you (less for their parents) this  was pure entertainment. 

your boyfriend and his sister were the epitome of a brother- sister dynamic. 

“oh my god, why are you so surprised i’m letting my literal girlfriend have my food?” he probably didn’t notice how his grip on you slightly tightened on the word “girlfriend”, but you couldn’t hide the small smile as he did that. it was cute how his body was unconsciously paying attention to you without him even knowing. “stop being a pain in the ass, and keep eating that grass or whatever that is.” 

“did you just rhyme ass with gra-?” 

“okay, you know what? you,” soonyoung’s mom pointed her fork at her daughter, “stop stealing his food. and you,” now she turned her head to her son, “have nothing left on that plate so leave, or keep your mouth zipped.” 

“but mom, it wasn’t me who started this!” 

yeah, the kwon family was a funny bunch, and you thanked your luckiest stars you could be a part of this beautiful mess.

would become genuinely annoyed with you if you ever let it go too far (as in not taking medications you may need or forgetting to feed yourself for multiple days). of course, he'd always be more than willing to help take care of you but you'd stress him out so badly if you didn't tend to yourself regularly. would have some friend or family member check in on you regularly whenever he went away on tour.

jeonghan -

you'd hear a constant stream of 'aigoo' come from him any time he realized you'd either forgotten to eat or clean or do any chore necessary for survival. your state would sometimes tug at his heartstrings and make him whine at you to please stop making him age ten years due to worry any time he found out you hadnt had a full mean in three days, forcing him (not rlly) to mouth feed you if necessary.

joshua -

a born expert at self-care, which would instantly translate to an immaculate expertise in taking care of you. he'd already commonly help you out with chores, cook for you, help you with skin/hair care but he'd go the extra mile whenever you seemed to have trouble taking care of your basic needs. would go as far as mouth feeding you, washing your face and hair for you, etc.

jun -

confused and worried but still making it his top priority to make sure you are well taken care of at all times!! would do his little aegyo set as a reward for any time you showed improvement in taking care of yourself. he'd also help out with any chores you needed to get done and make you meals so you didnt have to worry about cooking for yourself.

soonyoung -

would call up his mom immediately asking for advice. would then show up at your door with containers full of kimchi his mom made for you (and maybe end up eating half of it himself bc he loves his mom's cooking ...). he'd be super worried about you and do his best to help you with errands, cleaning, chores, etc. in order to alleviate any responsibilities you felt mightve been weighing you down.

wonwoo -

immediately worries the second he realizes you may have not been taking the best care of yourself at the moment. he'd drop everything to take care of you the best he could, even offering to have you stay with him and his family so he could keep a closer eye on you (and so he could make sure you had a support system while he was away on tour). just the sweetest and most caring guy you could have around when you needed help taking care of yourself.

jihoon -

so lost and unknowing of what to do bc he tends to forget to take care of himself all the time!!!! he'd have to seek help from either family or friends to figure out how to best help you out, learning to take better care of himself in the process. it'd be a learning process for the both of you, but you'd get through it together and lean on each other to best take care of yourselves and each other</3

seokmin -

literally cries at the thought of you not feeling your best nor having it in you to take care of your needs (but never in front of you bc he would never want to worry you or make this about himself in any way). yet another member who drops everything to take care of you and molds his schedule around you as much as he can. makes sure you always have someone readily available in case you need any help in his absence.

mingyu -

he already takes care of your every need lol. he loves to cook and clean and just generally be there as a shoulder to lean on for all his loved ones so he'd already kinda be doing that for you regardless. would not hesitate in dropping everything for you if necessary, though. would cook all you favorite meals and make sure everything was in place to give you a peace of mind.

minghao -

lowkey a little disappointed (but not at you!!! just at whichever situation/circumstance that led you to feeling like this). he'd take care of you without a single complaint, even equipping moving you in with his parents while he was gone so he could have easier access to you and make sure you had good people around you. would constantly be checking in on you and giving you words of encouragement, letting you know he was always there for you.

seungkwan -

you'd be stressing him out so badly !!! like he's the epitome of self care he's always talking about his vitamins and his stretches and exercises he'd be short circuiting at the thought of you not taking care of yourself. luckily for you mr boo is amazing at taking care of other people (ex. vernon) so he wouldnt even need a single look from you to pout at you as he did any and every little thing necessary to help you out.

vernon -

calls up his family for assistance as soon as he realizes the type of help you needed. he's not the best at cooking and sometimes even forgets to clean or take care of some chores of his own, so he'd be realistic and ask his mom for assistance in making you meals and attempt to help you out with other needs of yours in the best of his ability. would offer a lot of emotional support and comfort.

chan -

cutie is so confused as to what to do but his worries for you would outweigh any confusion and cause him to go into instant caretaker mode, providing you with anything you may possibly need. becomes so loving and touchy, all up in your space just to show you how badly he cares for you and that he's there 24/7 if u need him.
