She cuddles closer so that her head rests on his chest, wrapping her arms around him. "You smell good." She mumbles shortly before she falls asleep.

Several hours go by this time before she begins to have another nightmare. She thrashes around in DJ's arms, a scream tearing itself from her throat before she begins to whimper loudly.

Jade thought it was cute that DJ still blushed when they kissed. She lets out a surprised squeak when he carries her off towards his room. There's not much else she can do besides wrap her arms around his neck.

Jade wasn't exactly sure how she had ended up here. Or where here even was for that matter. The last thing she remembered was going for a walk. She was currently exploring the area she had ended up in, trying to figure out where she had ended up.

She looked around when she heard someone call out to her before she spotted someone walking towards her.

"Are you talking to me? I didn't know that this was a school. I don't know where I am actually."

He's not quite certain how someone like her could be here. It was obvious she wasn't from this place - and he didn't just mean Paradise City. Her time didn't match up right, though it wasn't anything like any of the anomalous people - no, she was different. And he wanted to know why. Was she going to be a threat to Yuya?

But, it also was likely she couldn't speak to him either - the ability to speak with a duel spirit was rarer in this era - no matter what magic the other may pull out of the metaphorical hat.

There was no pain in trying. At worst, she wouldn't even be able to see him.

" You, the woman in green. " The Magician in the black and red robes approached her, trying to gauge if anything would happen. His red eyes narrowed ever so slightly. " State your business, why are you investigating You Show Duel School? "

"As long as you're here with me I know I'll be safe."

She smiles, her eyes closing as he kisses her forehead.

Jade instinctively grips his hand but she doesn't wake up just yet. Instead, her feet find purchase on the couch and she uses the leverage to try and push herself away from Lilith. With her still holding onto DJ's hand she isn't able to get far.

"No... No please.... No!"

She startles awake, her face and hands are clammy. It feels like her heart is going to beat out of her chest with how hard it's pounding.
