What a shame, but honestly not surprised. I kinda figured something was wrong when they got aggressive with people (me included) who called their ‘FordStan’ fusion them instead of ‘he’ and?? It was just so odd to me how anyone would be upset about calling a fusion between two different people them? But now it makes sense! They’re just,,awful.

Hey, so I know that factual-fantasy is pretty popular right now for their art in the gravity falls fandom, and I’ve seen a lot of people reblogging stuff from them, but they’re (and there’s really not a nice way to say this) pretty LGBTphobic from what I’ve seen. Basically, in April of 2019 they commented something on one of my original gravity falls pride artworks, along the lines of “This is horrible. words can’t describe how stupid this is” unfortunately I don’t have this comment since I deleted it as soon as I saw it (I knew it would just keep making me upset), but when I messaged them they essentially told me that they think it’s weird/gross to ‘force’ LGBT stuff on characters for no reason, as well as said that cis is biologically how humans are “supposed” to be, and then they showed offense to me saying that dipper has trans traits. They also kept putting things like LGBT and gay in quotes which made me vastly uncomfortable. Also yes, they blocked me as soon as I called them out for being transphobic.

I originally was just going to keep quiet about this as I don’t know how old factual-fantasy is, and my anxiety sort of convinced me into believing that it was small and no-big-deal. But I continue to see people I follow (many of which are LGBT themselves) reblogging from therm, and it honestly makes me feel really uncomfortable and unsafe. I also realized that if I had been continuously reblogging from a LGBTphobic person, I would want someone to tell me.

I don’t want to completely ruin this person’s art/fandom career, and I implore you DO NOT go sending them death threats or mean messages (That is NEVER okay no matter what the person believes. That can ACTUALLY hurt people.) as I feel that they might be just a misguided teenager/child who has yet to figure out that what they’re saying is wrong. I just want people who care to be aware of this.
