Hypno Suly is inspired by my Tomodachi Life game. She was all dressed in yellow gave me a hypnotizer. Outfit is based on the one she had in game + silly lil doodle by @loiyourlocalperson . Meloetta inspired outfit! Terrible timing of animation, makes her look like she gets a little shy.
