Me, ignoring my feelings over that last page with a Theory:

I thought I was just seeing things, and ignored it. But the fact that AFO seems to be glowing was bothering me:

So then I went back a couple chapters AND THERE:

So I was right.

AND THEN I REMEMBERED:

All Might commented on it and then it hasn't been relevant until now, so what if????

The first case of a Quirk was a glowing baby.

WHAT IF THAT WAS ALL FOR ONE??

That first quirked human could've had any superpower. Like, just the random reports of children suddenly having superpowers, or a floating baby. Anything.

But it was a glowing baby.

That points to a mutation that the user can't control (turn off), iirc.

And AFO doesn't seem to be doing anything with that glow??? It's just happening!

Tl,Dr: All for One is glowing. It was specifically pointed out, and so far irrelevant to the plot. There was a glowing baby back in the first chapter. I don't think Horikoshi wouldn't do this on purpose. Man's meticulous.

It's to the point where if Hori WERE to write Bakugou telling Izuku in no uncertain terms, "I LOVE YOU" before kissing him in a full page spread, they'd translate it officially as "NO HOMO, YOU DAMN NERD"
