Who Wears The Pants In The Relationship?

“who wears the pants in the relationship?”

an interviewer asked you and katsuki as you sat side by side. you could only smile as your hand moved to support your head. katsuki pretended to think as he eyed you from the side.

you, who had asked him on your first date in a moment of impulse, choosing when, where, and how you were going to go on your date. a habit that bled into your relationship even now, with most outings being orchestrated by you, and a katsuki who was just happy to spend time with you.

you, who made all the serious design choices about the house. he let you take the reign as you chose things from the flooring, the tiles, the countertops, and researched to find an interior designer who fit both your taste and his.

you, who were the big spoon in every capacity. he'd lay his head on your lap as you lay on the couch, pulling your hands into his hair as to prompt you to play with it. when he came home late at night, he'd find refuge laying in your chest, almost always waking you up and he wrapped your arms around him and fell asleep to the sound of your heartbeat.

you, who always had the final say in an argument. katsuki and you hated fighting, he always acted out of anger and grew to regret it. yet, you'd always be the one to decide when the conversation was over. with a hand, or a simple word, you'd each take a break and reconcile when you said it was time.

“hm, this is a tough one.” he muttered, his hand covering the smirk of his mouth as he pretended there was any real chance it was him. you read him like a book, you always could, seeing red eyes staring at you and knowing you both had the same answer.

though, he knew the fact that he hailed your opinion as the highest sealed his fate. media, his publicists, even all might himself, none of their words held a pinch of truth next to yours. your word was final not only in arguments but in his problems, in his insecurity, in his worries. you silenced them all, with a few words usually paired by a kiss.

his hand fell off his mouth and on to hold yours, as he relented. “‘s definitely her.”

One Good Grovel

You and Katsuki had your biggest fight in a while.

Both sides fought like they were out for blood. You two said things you shouldn't have, things that were hard to take back. It ended with Bakugou storming out of your shared apartment.

The moment he did, he regretted it. But he didn't know how to go back inside and say it.

Hours later after he came home from doing errands, Bakugou found you on the couch. You hadn't answered any of his texts, and Bakugou never felt so helpless before. He was already losing you fast, and he couldn't dawdle now. Bakugou dumped his groceries on the kitchen counter and then approached you. Neither of you said anything.

You still looked torn up about your earlier argument, your hair a little messy in a way that Bakugou liked. He'd prefer to be the one messing it up himself, but he knew he didn't deserve that privilege now. Bakugou threw an extra blanket over you, because you looked like you needed one.

"Yo," Bakugou said, sitting down beside you on the couch. "How've you been holding up?"

"...I don't wanna talk about it. Not with you."

Your voice was frail, quiet. It broke Bakugou's heart, knowing that he put you in this position.

He had to make it right.

"I'm sorry," Bakugou said. "For everything I said. I wouldn't be surprised if ya never wanted to talk to me ever again after this." You looked at him suspiciously. "It'd kill me if you did, but that's fine. 'Cause I value your feelings over mine. When I was out today, all I could think about was you and what I said to you. So I bought you some gifts and I really hope you'll love 'em."

Bakugou reached out to stroke your hair. "And I promise you, I'll never say that demeaning shit to you ever again. You mean more to me than winning that stupid argument, and I don't know where I'd be in my life without you by my side. I was wrong, okay? I was dead wrong for treating you like that, like anything less than the best. Most of all, I just want ya to take me back and love me. But I won't force ya to do anything. I can walk out that door again and leave you alone if you asked. And if you hate me forever... I understand."

You smiled at him. "...Okay, I hear you."

"...So do ya hate me now?"

You still smiled. "Only a whole bunch. You monster." You playfully punched him in the face.

"Sorry," Bakugou said, matching your sweet expression. "I deserved that. Punch me all ya want. Won't even stop ya."

You gave him several more feather-light punches. "You're soooo dead."

"Ya gonna call the cops on me too? Make sure I never do that shit again? Make sure I learn my lesson instead of forgiving me too easily?"

"Yes." You fluffed his hair. "They're already on their way. The conviction of a famous Pro Hero is gonna be the scandal of a century!"

Bakugou fixed his hair. "Well I'll still love ya, even while in jail."

You crossed your arms. "Only after you've served your 10-year sentence and repent through hours and hours of community service will I finally forgive you. Then you'll be free, we'll start all over, and we'll fall in love again."

"Deal," Bakugou said, kissing your forehead. "But I wanna skip to the end."

"No, that's the easy way out!"

"The hell? You're not actually gonna send me to jail for saying it was wrong to like Pepsi over Coca-Cola, are ya?"

"That's how the roleplay is going!"

"It ain't that serious! I said I was sorry babe! I'm sorry!"

One Good Grovel

You recalled what you originally fought about quite easily...

"Alright," Bakugou said. "I'm gonna head out for groceries. Any last minute changes to the shopping list?"

"Oh yes!" You rushed out to meet him in the entrance. "Could you get me some Pepsi? Pretty please?"

"What the fuck?" Bakugou looked at you like you grew two heads. "'Pepsi'? You want freaking 'Pepsi'?!"

You shrugged. "...Is that so bad? It'd be nice to have something besides Coca-Cola for once..."

Bakugou's eyes narrowed into slits. He shut the front door and approached you. "I didn't realize we had a freaking problem here. You're telling me I've been buying the wrong soda for you this entire time?!"

"Well... It's just not as good as Pepsi. It's not the same. I'm sorry... but I've always felt this way."

"Since fucking when?! When did things change?" Bakugou slapped a hand over his eyes. "What the hell did I miss?!"

Bakugou couldn't believe this. He thought he knew you better than anyone, just like how you knew him better than anyone. You two were the tightest couple ever. Bakugou had an engagement ring hidden in his dresser because he had already long since decided that what he wanted in life was you.

But now, he didn't feel like he knew you at all.

He'd still marry you though.

You remained silent. Bakugou couldn't stand it. He shook his head, then walked back to the front door, opening it. He stopped before he left, turning to you.

"Coca-Cola is better than Pepsi. That's just a fact."

Then he turned, and left. Instant regret washed over him, but he continued down to the front lobby. As Bakugou looked down upon his cursed shopping list, he couldn't in good conscious buy Coca-Cola anymore. Not when you hated it so much. He had to make things right.

He was getting Dr. Pepper instead.

One Good Grovel

"This is fucking disgusting, Katsuki," you said, halfway through your delicious can of Dr. Pepper at your dinner table.

"It was on sale, alright?!"

One Good Grovel

(I've read that a lot of people are unsatisfied with grovels in romance novels because they don't feel that the love interest apologizes well enough, so I wrote this just in case anybody needs one good quick grovel with none of the baggage attached. Btw, my favorite is Coke and it's not even close)

FIRST TIMES

bakugou x reader

warnings: pregnancy, tears, sweet ending, short!

it’s way too early to be so emotional right now. you’re barely at your fourth week so mood swings this intense shouldn’t be a thing yet. you let it slide because this is the craziest thing you’ve ever done. grow a baby inside of you.

you’re standing outside your hospital biting down on your lip so hard it might bleed and tapping your foot so fast that might be its new permanent state. has he forgotten about your first prenatal appointment? does he not want to be a father any more? where is he?

the appointment was five minutes ago now and you’ve been too scared to go inside on your own. you dreamt of this day being side by side with him, smiling when you hear everything’s going great. him squeezing your hand as he kisses your temple.

but no, he’s not even here.

you glance to your left, ignoring the stares from people walking out of the hospital. you’re just a crying girl! nothing new! until you see a man so familiar walking towards you. black boots, black knitted sweatshirt, black cargos. holding a brown bag and two drinks.

gorgeous as ever, the love of your life. not with the usual swipe of dirt across his nose bridge like you usually see on him after work. he’s freshly showered, fluffed up hair and you know he smells good even from afar.

though he’s the one that’s made you cry, you need a hug from him.

“hey babe— why’re you cryin’? what’s wrong? you hurt?” bakugou’s steps speed up once he’s close, into a light jog till the tips of his shoes touch yours.

ruby gem eyes stare down at you, rage immediately filling with a frown to study you. puffy watery eyes and a hitch in your breath every time you breathe.

this is the father of your unborn child.

the thought makes you whimper and your hands fly to your face to wipe your tears, “y-you were late!”

bakugou’s eyes widen to the shape of saucers, switching the drinks and food to one hand to grab his phone out his pocket. “what?! no i’m not. it’s in half an hour. look.”

his glowing screen faces you, the official email you forwarded to him featuring your name, the appointment and… the time. you blink. then again.

“oh,”

bakugou chuckles lightly as you take his phone from his hand.

“yeah, oh.” a kiss on your forehead, “i’m sure you’re not supposed to have symptoms yet, princess.”

you sniff, shutting off his phone and holding it limply. you look at your boyfriend like he’s saved you, completely exhausted from your outburst.

“i… i guess i misread it.”

“even so, you should have called me instead of cryin’ outside the hospital like a crazy lady.”

one arm wraps around your shoulders, his other hand balancing the drinks and food. bakugou hugs you to him, dragging you to the nearest bench.

“i didn’t look like a crazy lady. i just thought you didn’t want to do it anymore.”

he flops down on the bench and you follow, pressing your arm to his for some comfort. he hands you your drink, a hazelnut hot chocolate and a breakfast bun at lunchtime. you smile.

“it? you didn’t think i’d want to raise my child? do we have to talk about this?” he almost looks offended when he digs in o his bun, intense munching as he stares you down.

you feel embarrassed that you even thought that now. he’s been nothing but supportive about your little surprise, you even caught him wiping his tears one evening in his room.

you take a sip of your hot chocolate, “no, no. i just assumed the worst, i promise. it’s my first time doing this!”

bakugou grins at the last part before shaking his head. he swallows, “it’s my first time too. i’m going to be on time for my first child’s first appointment and every single other first. first day at school, first word, first steps, first time they fall over, first time they say they love us, first time—,”

“okay, okay,” you chuckle, sniffing, “you’ll be there for the first times.”

“all the first times.”

“all the first times.”

bakugou nudges your shoulder and you glance up at him as he takes another monstrous bite.

“i’m excited for this. nobody else i wanna do this with, y’know.”

you nod as you eat, your hand landing on your stomach, “our little family. you’re the only one i’d want to do this with too.”

The moment you gave birth to your first born, a baby boy, Megumi's heart stopped in time his breathing halt from the wind blows and his whole being suddenly burst into million of lights.

His eyes wouldn't believe the little bundle you are holding with tired sweat face and hair disheveled you have but your eyes are filled with happiness and adoration from you and your husband's love.

But him? He is either happy, surprised, scared and other more he's extremely nervous, or just mixed! But the moment held his little angel, his body trembling his eyes are starting to blur in tears trying so hard not to wake their son and his tear drop on top his face. He is here, he is finally born.

When he open his eyes, he got yours, the love of his life share the same light as his son.

You know what he'll do? Megumi would always, ALWAYS remember your eyes the way they gleam in happiness, strength, sorrow, love and hope that you didn't gave up on him because he was the idiot for making hard on himself and you are the precious being that was needed the love you deserve.

And now it's here it is beginning.

Dadbod!Nanami...

Hear me out... Once you're married, all settled down and he's not a sorcerer anymore and he's at peace. He gains a few extra pounds, just because he's been baking so much and eating good food.

And you're not complaining, the extra weight feels so nice when he's on top of you, fucking into you slowly. You grab onto his thick biceps, wrapping your legs around his torso as he bullies his cock into you. And you can almost swear his cock feels bigger, thicker since he gained the weight.

So much so that tears trickle down your face from the added girth. And Nanami like the man he is takes notice.

"Feel good? Why are you crying, honey?" an expression of slight worry on his gorgeous face. But his cock has you speechless and the way you clench around him tells him just that. And he smirks as he feels you go dumb because of his cock.

"So... so fucking good...," is all you manage to say, as you pray to whatever God there is, for your husband to keep the dad bod.

We See The PRO HERO BAKUGO OBSSESSED IN AN INTERVIEW, Wut If We See The Media Finally Seen A Glimpse

katsuki’s personal life had always been a hot topic of discussion for the media.

he was just so mysterious, whenever a small clip or photo of you two holding hands on an outing popped online it'd trend for the week among not only his fandom, but others.

more accurately, they wanted to know who the gorgeous girl was.

you, who always looked candid. your off guards looking planned as even in your worst moment, you still looked your best.

people who speculated you were a small model, a makeup ambassador, an idol? they didn't know, all they did was that you were way too gorgeous to just be a civilian.

so imagine everyone's surprise when you and him have an interview together, holding hands over the small distance between the two couches.

how they adored your smile, the way you seemed to glow even under the unflattering fluorescent lights.

how they could notice a lot of katsuki's influence in your speech, you covering your mouth for the nth time that interview, cursing almost more than katsuki.

how he looked at you. how you looked at him, how you both still seemed to be flustered by each other even though you'd been dating for years.

you left, hand in hand, then finally noticing the huge ring on your finger.

it was now your turn to be surprised, as the public had grown to adore you. brands, agencies, sponsors all calling and offering sums of money you couldn't count just for an endorsement.

katsuki, who could only laugh as the first one you accepted was one modeling his merch.

Toji Fushiguro

Summary: Megumi needs help after committing a crime.

Warnings: Fluff

Discord +18 - Twitter - Ko-Fi

Toji Fushiguro

“Papa…” Megumi looks at his father with glossy eyes, ready to shed a tear at any moment. It’s very rare for Megumi to seek his father for help, so Toji is willing to drop anything to tend to the child. Toji gets off the couch and crouches down to be at Megumi’s level.

“What is it?” Toji asks, ready to fight just about anyone. Whoever did something to his son is going to pay, one way or another.

“I broke mama’s vase.” Megumi is nearly sniffling as he confesses to his grave crime. Something that’s barely a crime, Toji hated that hideous vase anyway (he still loves you, even with your bad taste in furniture). However, Toji is confused why Megumi comes to him to confess.

“Alright… Do you need me to tell her?” Toji responds, and Megumi shakes his little head frantically. “Then what?”

“I need help cleaning it up.” Megumi responds, and Toji begins to look around. Is there any police nearby? The little guy must be wired up. Toji lifts up Megumi’s paw patrol shirt and checks to see if there’s a microphone taped to him. You’re trying to catch him committing a crime… But when he realizes Megumi is being genuine, Toji sighs.

“Let’s get the broom.” Toji says, a frown on his face as he thinks about why Megumi ran to him and not to you. You’re usually so sweet and comforting, why would the child seek out Toji of all people?

Megumi follows behind like a little duckling, hoping to be of help to his father. Toji grabs the broom, and before he heads over to the mess that Megumi made, Toji can’t help but ask, “Why didn’t you ask mom to help?”

“She’s scary.” Megumi doesn’t hesitate before answering, and Toji’s eyes widen. Did Megumi seriously just say that?

“Your mom is scary, so you come to me for help?” Toji sounds offended– Because he is. Megumi nods in response, and Toji bites down his tongue. He won’t scare the child, there has to be one parent that Megumi can tell everything to. Somehow, someway, Toji ended up with the role.

“You know what?” Toji begins as he sees the mess that Megumi made. He can’t blame the little guy, “I’m scared of your mom too.”

Thinking about reader and fiancée!Bakugo prepping for their wedding when the important question of ‘who’s walking you down the aisle?’ comes up during a planning consultation.

“I’m still figuring it out,” you say to the planner nonchalantly. She nods, notating the response before continuing through the meeting per usual. Later that night, Bakugo decides to carefully bring the topic back up.

“I know it’s not easy, but do you wanna talk about earlier?” He asks gently, taking your hand in his. “Might wanna figure it out before the big day sneaks up on us.”

You know he’s right…but who the hell takes that place?

“I don’t know who to ask,” you whisper, somewhat talking to yourself rather than to him. “I don’t have any siblings and I’m not close with any other family members like that. I could ask Eiji or Izuku, but they’re already apart of our day in a big way. I don’t want them to feel pressured.”

“Why not?” Bakugo questions, moving his free hand to your shoulder. “Those idiots love you, peach. ‘Course they’d say yes if ya asked.”

“I know. But—”

“It’s not the same, I get it.”

There’s a brief silence before Bakugo’s eyes light up, an idea blossoming in his mind. “What about my dad?”

You give him a blank stare. “Huh?”

He tilts his head with a smile. “He loves ya like a daughter already, sweetheart.”

The thought lingers for a moment before the emotions catch up, a lump forming in your throat. Ever since you and Bakugo started dating, his family has been nothing but warm and welcoming to you. Mitsuki joked constantly that you were the daughter she wished she had for years, and Masaru struck up conversation with you at every dinner, his interest in you never feeling forced or fake.

Fidgeting a bit, you finally gather yourself enough to speak. “Would it be weird if I asked your mom instead?”

Bakugo laughs, but not at you, more-so in agreement. “Not at all. Think you can handle her? ‘Cause she will be a mess.”

That makes you giggle, the invisible pressure lifting from your shoulders and a sense of calm washing over you.

“If I can handle you, Mitsuki is nothing.”

Inappropriately Touching Nanami In A Crowded Elevator;

inappropriately touching nanami in a crowded elevator;

your nimble fingers pulling down the zip of his slacks and your hand sneakily prodding through the freed entrance as he grabs the metal bar behind himself, hoping no one notices anything.

and you’re the perfect picture of nonchalance: pretty face directed forward, the curled corner of your lips that he is able to distinguish from your profile telling him that you’re thoroughly enjoying yourself, and your pace unrelenting as you stroke him through his briefs.

up and down, up and down, up and down while kento feels like he is losing his mind, and why the hell is this elevator so slow and there’s so many people and no ounce of shame in you. same for him, though, he is worried if he should be disappointed with himself for giving in to his desires right in the crowded elevator or impressed by how persuasive you can be to convince him that it’s okay.

there was no persuasion from you, by the way — just a cute little smile at him whilst your eyes glimmered with mischief and nanami knew he was fucked.

when the last person, aside from him and you, leaves the elevator, you finally take out your hand in time with him pushing the “stop” button and pressing you against one of the cold walls, one veiny hand wrapping around your throat loosely as the other grips your bottom.

and kento kisses you like a thirsty man drinks water; he devours your mouth until all you can do is twitch in his hold as his thumb presses on your clit just right. rubbing, tugging, teasing and prodding while his lips encase your tongue between them and you grip the sides of his head, ruining his hair.

and when you come with a whiny moan escaping your pretty mouth, no thoughts behind your cloudy gaze and arms gripping his shoulders, nanami barely stops his hips from rutting rhythmically against the smooth surface of your thighs because him being a mess is only for your eyes whilst he doesn’t mind others seeing your fucked out face. they’ll know it’s from him anyway.

When I Buy Something And My Bank Balance Actually Goes Down
8 months ago

soooo thinking about pro!hero shouto being waylaid in the street by a tiny cute girl scrabbling for his autograph, and he's still a bit bewildered by this whole fame thing but he tries his best -- so he bends down to ask her what he'd like signed, only to hear your voice, to look up and see you, just about the prettiest creature he'd ever laid eyes on, running up to the little girl and scooping her up into your arms before bowing and saying --

"i'm so sorry! she just ran off -- you can't do that, mia-chan! your mama will kill me of something happens to you!" before turning back to him with a pleading sort of smile and just, "sorry again -- she's my cousin's daughter -- i promise she doesn't mean to bother -- she's just such a huge fan --"

but he can't help noticing the glow in your cheeks and can't stop himself from wondering if you're a fan too. and what he'd do if you said yes.

"not a bother," he smiles, "it's just part of the job." he looks at the girl now, extending a hand, "thanks for being my fan -- what would you like signed?"

"no really -- you don't have to --" you say, but shouto reaches for a pen all the same.

"no, it's okay. i want to."

so he signs the little girl's handkerchief, and feels his chest go warm at the way she presses it to her chest, grinning wide enough to split the sky. it's only then that she looks back at him with curious, wide eyes and asks --

"aren't you going to sign anything for big sister? she's your big fan too!"

"mia!" you go just about the most darling shade of red, looking anywhere but at shouto; he clears his throat, licking his lips.

"i... i don't mind... if you'd like something --"

"no, please -- we've bothered you enough."

"can she have your number?" mia asks, now positively devious as she looks between him and you, "it was her new years wish when we did our first temple visit --"

"mia! that's enough -- i'm sorry, we'll just go --"

"here." he scribbles down his number and presses it into your hand with a bright blush of his own. and now he's the one who can't look at you, "you don't have to do anything with it -- if you don't want to. but if you do..."

"i -- i do! i just --" you glance back down at mia, grinning smugly in your arms.

"then... you can call me later. or text. whichever." he takes a few steps back, swallowing passed the heartbeat now thundering in the back of his throat.

"yeah. sure -- i will! i mean -- only if you don't mind."

"i don't. really."

"okay."

"okay then. see you."

"yeah... see you... soon."

"yeah. soon."

Date Nights with Bakugo Katsuki

From the Date Night Series

Date Nights With Bakugo Katsuki

1.

Katsuki is an early riser. You’re not.

He wanted to start early, get going before the sun’s even out and you couldn’t refuse him.

Not when he’s got that eager glint in his eyes.

You’re regretting it now, trying to stay awake in the car - it’s old and beat up but it’s his - as he talks about the route you’ll follow today.

You’re only half regretting it though, because he’s so much calmer in the mornings, even humming to himself as he drives - but that could be because traffic is way less insane at this ungodly hour.

At some point, you must have fallen asleep anyway, because you’re tickled awake by him, his laughter your alarm tone.

“You snore.” He tells you and you blink up at him, retort ready on your tongue when he adds cheekily. “It’s cute.”

He takes it easy on you at first, walking so slow you can easily sip the coffee he’s brought with him.

But once the caffeine hits and you’re itching to move, the competitiveness setttles in your veins. You’re too much alike that way.

“Oi! Watch out.” He calls out when you skip entire steps on the stairs cut into the stone. “Don’t hurt yourself.”

You stick your tongue out at him but stop at the top to gloat.

“Oh, look.” You point at something over his shoulder. “But be quiet.”

He turns but is unable to spot it.

“There’s a rabbit. See? He’s probably going to work.”

“Rabbits don’t work, idiot.”

“Uh yes, they do. How do you think they support their family? With handouts? I don’t think so.”

There’s a mix of exasperation and fondness on his face when he asks.

“Oh really? So what do they work, huh?”

“He’s probably off to do some quality control on the carrot farmers, but we can’t discriminate. He might also be a banker.”

“Nu-uh,” Katsuki plays along as he pulls you with him along the trek, your fingers laced together as long as they can, “He did not wear a suit and tie. But he might be a tattoo artist.”

-

2.

Katsuki is an early riser. You’re not.

By now you’ve mastered the art of dressing yourself half asleep, dozing off the moment your body’s in the passenger seat of his car - brand new and paid for with his latest ad campaign about workout equipment.

He’s got your hands in his, resting them on his thigh as he drives through the early morning, listening to your snoring.

You’re tickled awake, your hands finding his hair on muscle memory alone, pulling him towards you.

“Five more minutes.” You mumble into his neck. He lifts you out of the car with ease.

There have been hikes where he carried you until you were awake enough to walk.

He’d do almost anything for you but waking up later isn’t one of those things.

Today you’re sipping your first cup of coffee - two sugars, cream and some cinnamon - as you stroll down the first part of the hike.

He’s picked a route that starts off easy and you quite enjoy the serenity of the morning, his hand in yours, as he talks quietly about things that are on his mind.

The new recipes he wants to test. A new workout regimen he’s thought about doing. Kirishima’s upcoming wedding and Eri approaching her graduation at U.A.

Some things you’ve talked about before, during the week or your last hike but there’s a beauty to his rare calmness that you never want to miss.

There are days where you feel like racing him up the mountain and there are days where you want to capture every flower you pass.

You’re in the mood to savour it today, with fall approaching the changes in nature are obvious.

“Come on.” He tugs at your hand when you’ve taken twenty pictures of a particularly colourful set of trees, their leaves a cascade of red and yellow. “The lake’s just around the courner.”

For the two of you, hiking is more than reaching the top of whatever mountain Katsuki has picked for the week. It’s more than pretty views on the way to the top or a chance to show the other who’s boss.

There’s something about the tranquility of nature that sets both of you at ease, allows conversations to flow naturally.

One moment you’re discussing the job options of wild rabbits, the next you’re pondering the names of your future children.

And it wouldn’t be Katsuki if he had not packed your bags with a feast for when you reach the top, as usual the only one’s up there.

You watch him open tupperware containers and bento boxes, sip on a sports drink and tell him all about the week that’s lying ahead of you.

“I’m meeting with your mother on Saturday.” You remind him, trying to sneak one cherry from the little bowl and failing.

“Why? We’re going out with the gang on Saturday. I’m not going without you.”

“Yeah, but she’s persistent and Saturday’s the only time that fits both of us. You’ll be fine without me.”

He huffs in annoyance before trying a different route. “What are you going to do when she asks why you’re not drinking? You should push it another week and then we can go together.”

You laugh at his poor attempt and crawl into his lap, forcing him to put the thermos filled wit coffee away.

“Or,” you tell him, pinching his cheeks, “I can go with your mom and you with your friends and just a week later we can surprise them with the news. I’m going to tell her that I’m doing a new diet or something.”

“She’s going to know.”

“Would that be so terrible?” You ask, kissing his nose when he’s grumbling instead of answering. “We’re almost at the three month mark anyway. And it would be just your parents, god knows mine wouldn’t notice it anyway.”

His hand moves to your stomach, warm and heavy through the fabric of your shirt.

“Fine,” he huffs eventually. “But I want to be the one who tells her.”

 Skyfall. Suguru Geto

Suguru will never forget the morning you came back to him. He distinctly remembers it was right after a slow night at the bar, the air felt chiller than usual, and the streets were too quiet. He couldn’t wait to get home, already dreaming of his bed and the leftover pizza from two nights ago.

But the sleep vanished as soon as he saw you sitting by the window.

At first, he thought someone had broken into his place until he realized it was you, which scared him even more than the thought of a thief. As soon as he heard your voice, it was as if he felt everything and nothing all at once—it also made him realize he had started to forget the sound of it without noticing.

It was the sight of your cheeky smile, the little wave as you teased him like you used to, that got him out of his stupor. Suddenly, he was on a high, something he hadn’t felt in months.

Gone was the tiredness from working all night as he ran up the stairs to the apartment while his heart beat wildly against his rib cage. However, nothing could’ve prepared him for the sight that awaited him: sitting by the window, the curtains blew behind you as the sky shone with pinks and lilacs, clouds that looked like cotton floating in it. But even such beautiful scenery couldn’t compare to the sight of you, your beauty or the gentle smile on your face.

“Fuck, I missed you,” he felt his soul come back to his body as soon as he had you in his arms. The feel of your fingers carding through his hair immediately relaxed him, your voice soothing the dull pain that had settled deep in his heart.

He feared his heart would not make it through that morning, your presence and laugh — god, how he had missed your laugh — more than enough of a threat to his battered heart.

That morning, Suguru Geto came back to life after living like a zombie for three months without you, the pain pushed to the back of his mind as he only focused on loving you.

He often wondered if he should quit his job, it messed up with his sleeping schedule and mood. But that bar was where he first met you, he still remembered how you walked up to him to order a round of drinks for your friends, and by the end of the night you had left right after saving your number in his phone.

Somehow, it felt wrong to leave a place that held such beautiful memories.

“You’ll be late for work,” he heard you say, light kisses covering his face as they traveled from his lips to his jaw before focusing on his cheeks.

He could tell it was dark outside, which meant that yes, he was most definitely running late. But he was a prisoner of your kisses, he would be out of his mind to push you away.

“Shower with me.”

Suguru was enraptured the whole time, watching the water dripping down your body as you sang each song that played from the speaker you had in the bathroom. The only thing that could stop you were his lips, kissing you nonstop until he had to physically hold you so you wouldn't fall to your knees.

At that moment, he felt like he fell in love with you all over again.

He really didn't want to leave, but if you were there with him, then it meant that everything was back to normal. It made sense, right?

“See you at sunrise!”

And when he saw you by the window the next day, and the day after that, suddenly he was looking forward to each morning, hoping to see you sitting by the window where you belonged.

The world could end tomorrow, and he wouldn’t care. As long as he had you by his side, nothing could ruin his happiness.

 Skyfall. Suguru Geto

The rush hour was at its peak, college kids flooding the small bar on a Friday night—finals were over, so Suguru kind of expected it. After all, it was something he used to do just a few years ago.

He worked as fast as he could, lining up the shot glasses and filling them with liquor so Satoru could take them to the right table. It had become part of their routine, both men realizing that they worked well together after two days of being on the same shift.

Satoru placed his elbows on the counter and leaned forward, squinted eyes staring suspiciously at Suguru.

“You seem… livelier,” he paused, “chirpier?”

Shrugging, Suguru continued pouring drinks, “why wouldn’t I be?”

Still looking at him weirdly, Satoru dropped the subject once the raven-haired handed him another round of drinks, turning on his heel and continuing to work—he could always ask him later.

Meanwhile, Suguru’s mind strayed to your conversation from earlier that day. It had been two weeks since you were back, and it was impossible to get you out of his mind. Before he could stop it, he was smiling at the memory, his heart fluttered at the thought of spending all of your weekends cuddling and watching movies. He hoped that one day, a little version of you both could join the tradition.

At that point, he couldn’t hide his smile.

With a push of his hips, Satoru tried to snap him out of his daydream, signaling with his head to the girl that stood in front of him.

Suguru stared at her, she seemed familiar, but it wasn’t until she reminded him of her name that he remembered who she was: an old classmate from high school. They had dated briefly during their senior year before he met you.

“I haven't seen you since we graduated,” she smiled at him, “I never thought I would find you here of all places!”

The atmosphere felt awkward, it was as if an elephant sat in the room and everyone could see it but him. He didn’t like that feeling one bit.

“Yeah, I work here.”

The girl hummed and shot Satoru a polite smile, her long nails tapping loudly against the granite.

“I-I was actually wondering if,” she paused, looking bashful as she switched her weight from one heel to the other, “we could go for a cup of coffee one of these days? You know, like, to catch up?”

Suguru instantly tensed up, “catch up?”

“Yeah! Uhm… like a date?”

He never liked it when people put him on the spot, both Satoru’s and the girl’s eyes set on him as they waited for his answer.

“Sorry, but I have a girlfriend,” he offered her an awkward smile.

Satoru sighed dramatically, wrapping an arm around Suguru’s shoulders and pulling him against his side.

“I don't think she’ll mind,” he winked at Suguru before turning to look at the confused girl, “he’d love to go on a date with you!”

Pushing him away, Suguru looked at him in disgust, “are you out of your mind?”

Both men were too busy staring at the other down to hear the girl excuse herself and leave.

Satoru scoffed, “I should be the one asking you that.”

“The fuck you mean by that!?” Suguru was fuming by now, attracting the interest of a few patrons that happened to witness everything.

“Hey, hey!” a third voice intervened, Nanami placing himself between them, “you two need to calm down.”

Suguru ignored the recently hired waiter, continuing to stare down at his best friend. There was no way he was going to stand there and let him treat you like that.

“I asked you a question: what the hell was that!?”

“Sorry for trying to get you a date with a cute girl,” Satoru said sarcastically, “one date won’t hurt, and you know it.”

Fed up with his words, Suguru pushed Nanami to the side and stepped closer to whom he had to call his best and closest friend. He had had enough of Satoru’s shit.

“Disrespect my girl again, and I'll forget you’re like a brother to me.”

With a sneer, Satoru reciprocated the look.

“Suit yourself.”

They barely talked again for the rest of the night.

Suguru could feel a migraine coming, the faint palpitations at the back of his head increasing as the minutes passed. All he wanted was his shift to be over, so he could go back to your arms.

He took the trash outside, staying there a few minutes as he leaned against the wall. His lips wrapped around the cigarette as he took a long drag, and unconsciously began to smile once he noticed the sky starting to lighten.

The sound of the door opening and closing took him out of his daydream.

“Spill,” Satoru stood before him, arms folded in front of his chest with a serious look that Suguru hadn’t seen in weeks, “what’s up with you.”

“I have nothing to say to you.”

“Don’t you dare push me away again,” the white-haired jabbed a finger on his chest, “you were finally recovering, and what? You’re letting her control your life again?”

“I would watch my mouth if I were you,” Suguru warned him, his features hardening again, “and she isn’t controlling anything.”

Groaning, Satoru ran a hand down his face, “when are you going to get it through your thick skull?!”

“Get what!?”

After stepping on the cigarette, Suguru started making his way inside, getting tired of Satoru’s complaints. Only to stop abruptly once he heard him speak again, his blood turning cold.

“That your girlfriend is dead.”

 Skyfall. Suguru Geto

Suguru never believed in those weird conspiracy theories that Satoru liked to feed him, and even years later, he still managed to come up with the craziest stories.

He believed there's a rational explanation for everything, not entirely a man of science, but if you could prove what you said, then he had no reason to doubt.

Every rational thought told him it couldn’t be possible, and yet there you were, holding his face between your hands as he heard your voice, and smelled your perfume.

You were supposed to be gone.

He had to hold back from breaking down as soon as he got home, your silhouette standing by the window as if you truly were there, waiting for him like you always used to. He couldn't bear to see you smile, to hear you talk about a future when you no longer had one. He could barely keep it together when you cupped his face in your hands and made him stare at you, something seemed to have switched in your eyes, and he didn’t like it one bit.

“It’s time to let go, Suguru.”

“I can't,” he whispered in a broken voice, “I don't want to.”

Three months without seeing you, feeling you, there was no way he’d let you slip away from his grasp—not again.

Tears ran down his cheeks, his heart pressing heavily against his chest as he fought the need to crumble down to the floor. He could see your eyes glistening with tears, but your pretty smile remained, giving him all the time he needed to compose himself.

“I'm so sorry.”

“It wasn't your fault,” you whispered, rubbing your thumbs against his cheekbones, trying and failing to stop the tears, “I could never blame you, I never did.”

Unwanted memories from that day swarmed his mind: the loud screech of tires against the pavement, your body next to his, the sight of your beautiful face covered in cuts and bruises mocking the peaceful look in it. The memory haunted him for months.

What was once the face of an angel, as he liked to call you, twisted into a gruesome memory.

If only he hadn’t convinced you to accompany him to the party, or if he had paid more attention to the road so he could’ve avoided the drunk driver that hit the car as he drove home. You’d still be there, with him, holding him just as you were doing right at that moment.

“I'm going insane,” he sniffled, resting his forehead against yours, “aren’t I?”

“No, no, you’re not. But you aren’t taking care of yourself,” you kept smiling through your tears, your voice gentle as if you were talking to a child, “you either sleep too little or too much, and you haven’t been attending your lectures.”

Rocking you side to side, he dismissed your comment with a nonchalant hum, “but I’m happy now, isn’t that what you want? Just… stay? Please?”

The lack of words on your part was his answer.

“Will I see you again?”

“Of course,” your smile broadened, “even if the skies fall, or a huge wave takes over the city, you’ll never get rid of me.”

Suguru’s hold tightened, your face hiding in his chest as you both tried to calm yourselves down. He didn’t dare to close his eyes, wanting to see your face for as long as he could. And even with tears clogging up your eyelashes and wobbly lips, you were still as gorgeous as he remembered.

“You’re my sunrise, and I'm your sunset,” he whispered in your ear, “never forget that.”

Not like you could. You had found your very own sunset, only yours to love and admire.

“I would never.”

Even with puffy eyes and tears wetting your cheeks, Suguru still thought you were the most beautiful woman that ever walked the earth. He helped you wipe your tears, watching you sniffle and laugh right after.

“Baby?” you spoke after a few minutes of silence and holding each other, basking in his warmth until it made you sleepy.

His lips kissed the crown of your hair while his fingers combed it away from your face, admiring your face with love brimming from his eyes, “hm?”

A lump blocked your throat, tears welling up in your eyes before quickly cascading down your cheeks as you ingrained his face into your memory.

“Look for me in the sky, I promise I'll be there.”

 Skyfall. Suguru Geto

Suguru never saw you again after that day.

It was as if the grief took over his life all over again, the sorrow suffocating him with each breath he took. His body and soul crumpled even lower than the first time, however, with each passing week, the heaviness in his heart became lighter.

It took him a while to open up to Satoru, and when he finally did, the tears were unstoppable from both sides. Satoru felt for his friend and you, you two had had a close bond too after all, and after seeing Suguru shattered after your loss, he knew he had to be his rock.

There wasn’t a place in the city that didn’t have your name, filled with memories of your dates as Suguru and you explored the world together. But it was time to turn the page, with your memory inked on the corner of it and in Suguru’s soul.

He would never be able to forget you, and he didn’t want to.

Sitting by the window, Suguru took a look at the late spring afternoon. Living in a world without you would always be painful, which is why he found himself staring at it from your eyes. That window was your spot; he would always find you there before the sun was up, and right before it disappeared behind the horizon, waving him goodbye as he drove away to work.

The usual bustle of the streets quieted down for a moment, it was as if the world went still. Orange tinted the sky as usual, only this time, hues of blue and lilac blended across it, the wind cold and refreshing as it blew against his warm skin.

Suguru peered up at the skies with a nostalgic smile, a wave of peacefulness making its way into his heart.

“There you are, my love.”

satoru gojo had love and dreams.

you were his love and his dreams.

he dreamt of a future of leaving the jujutsu world, and living a life of comfort and happiness with you. start a family too, he wanted to know what yours and his genes would look like combined. beautiful, probably.

so, when satoru gojo realized he was going to die, cut open by ryomen sukuna, his last thoughts were you. he thought of you, how you would feel about his death, how he wishes he could just go back home and get scolded by you for being reckless and getting himself hurt, see your gorgeous smile one more time, getting to hear your voice one last time before his imminent death, he should've hugged you tighter this morning, gave you one more kiss before he left.

but now, he can't do any of that.

maybe in another life he will start a family with the woman of his dreams.
