Your breath ruffles his hair as you huff in frustration.

“Get off.”

Suguru just rubs his nose into your thighs, sighing contently, “Why? I’m not moving. Your lap is comfortable.”

It was a sunny day, and you had gone outside to read a book underneath the tree on the far side of field. Obvisouly, he was going to follow. So, here he was, head nestled on your lap, eyes shut as the wind blows the leaves above.

Your hands play with his hair, gentle like water as they undo his hairstyle. He looks up at you through hooded eyes, making a sound of inquiry. The look in your eyes make him pause. You were looking at him as if-

“I’m going to kiss you,” he raises an eyebrow at your statement. “Not now. You look too handsome to be ruined.”

There’s a burning in his face as his hair tumbles across your thighs as you rake your hands through them. 

“Your hair looks like ink spilled in the sky,” you say as you pick up a piece and kiss it, never breaking eye contact, “You glow like the moon.” 

And with a start, he realizes you were trying to fluster him. Fine.

He shuffles until his mouth is right against your thigh and kisses it. Suguru listens to your sharp breath and how your hands stutter in his hair.

Moving up, he kisses your waistband while looking up at you. 

“You could only ruin me if you left,” he says as his hands creep up your legs and sneak under your shirt, tracing his name into your skin over and over. Suguru smirks at you when you realize what he’s writing. God, he was so in love with you.

He needs to kiss you. But, you’ll have to work for it.

Sitting up, he gets close enough for his lips to hover over your’s. He stops smiling, staring as if he is going to eat you alive.

You strain your neck to kiss him. He pushes you down by your hips. You pout, but try again.

“Behave.”

He kisses the corner of your eyes, then your nose, then the corner of your lips. He keeps his hands on your hips, but relishes in the way your hands are over his shoulder, grabbing his hair.

“You want me to kiss you?” He smirks against the skin of your cheek. You nod, then move to kiss him. He pulls back. You let out a breathy laugh, face flushed and he can’t. You just always steal his breath. 

He pulls you sharply and then kisses you. You pull him closer, and he smiles into the kiss. Pulling back just enough, he kisses your jaw but doesn’t let you kiss him again. He just smirks at you, drinking in the way you were looking flustered at him, the way you chased his lips.

He lays his head into your lap again. 

“Keep reading. I’m going to relax."

⇝ 𝘎𝘢𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘹 𝘍!𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳

Temari was nervous. She’s been in the kitchen with her brothers, preparing to meet Gaara’s girlfriend. Lord, his girlfriend. Her youngest brother, her Kazakage, has had someone for years. Years, and he brings her home now. Which he might be late to pick up if he doesn’t leave.

“Gaara, get out of my kitchen right now!”

Kankuro flinches but continues to bring the dishes out onto the table. Gaara looks at her with confused eyes, before looking at a clock. Sand rushes around him, grabbing the bouquet on the counter before he leaves in a flurry. As she sets the table for four, Temari can’t help but think of when she learned about his girlfriend. All because they had been a little bold. She closed her eyes for a second, thinking about seeing the hickeys on her brother’s neck, another bundle of flowers in his hands yesterday.

“Gaara.”

A bit of prying later, she’s sitting on the couch, her head in her hands. 

“How long have you been dating her again?”

“…About two years.”

“Two years?”

“Yes.”

She looks up at him, and his face shows a bit of his fear. Good, because she feels slightly homicidal, but the shock overpowers that feeling for now.

“And never once, not once, did you think you should bring her to meet your family?”

Gaara looks to Kankuro, but his older brother takes one glance in Temari’s direction before he raises his hands in a surrendering gesture.

“I’ll bring her tomorrow.”

So, here Temari was. Ready to see if this person was a good fit for her brother. A knock on the door, and she moves with Kankuro to open it.The first thought she has is you’re pretty. The second is that her brother looks at her as if she’s the best thing in the world. 

Well then.

Temari hugs you and accepts the gift you offer before ushering everyone to the table. Gaara and you sit towards her and Kankuro. She can’t miss the way you look at Gaara either. Pure love and happiness. The conversation starts, bringing up how you guys met, how you had to ask Gaara out because he just wouldn’t, and so much more.

She noticed that Gaara smiled more this evening than he had this entire month. 

As the night progresses, Temari grows more satisfied. You’re polite, and make up for all of Gaara’s flaws while he makes up for your’s. You complement each other perfectly. One glance in Kankuro’s direction, and he agrees. 

Soon, it’s time for you to leave. You hug Temari and shake Kankuro’s hand, and then Gaara whisks you away.

“I like her.” 

Kankuro says as they move the dishes out of the way.

“I agree. They’re good for each other.”

And when Gaara walks through the door again, slight blush adorning his face and head up in the clouds, Temari can’t help but smile even as she smacks his head.

“Idiotic imbecile.”

But she ruffles his hair as Kankuro wraps a arm around Gaara.

“At least, she makes you happy, right?” She asks as she lightly touches his tattoo.

Gaara tangle his fingers with hers and presses them against the tattoo.

“Yes.”

“Good.” then she smirks in his direction with Kanuro as they move their youngest to the couch, “Now let us give you some tips.”

The mortification on his face was worth it.

You were smiling at him. He was over at your house, and after a few snacks, you had taken him to your bedroom to play some games.

"We won!" you exclaim as you tackle him in a hug. Kenma hums in reply.

There was a literal fire burning in your eyes as you queued up another game, "Let's play another one,"

After many games though, he felt himself getting a bit frustrated. You weren't giving him much attention. He smirks as he leans back and vows to win this round. Hours had passed by, and the house was asleep, you guys being the exception.

He was getting a little bored.

The end card shows up once more, and you whirl to face him, raising your hand up for a high five. He looks at your hand, then at your face. He raises his hand just a little bit.

"Kenma..." you whine, but as he thought, you shuffle forward to reach his hand.

"Sorry, I'm feeling a bit lazy," he replies.

As you reach his hand, he grabs it and yanks. You let out a startled gasp and fall onto his chest. He presses a few buttons on his controller before the game shuts off.

The both of you shift until you're sitting between his knees, facing him, pouting. Absentmindedly, his hands go to your hips, slipping under your sleeping shirt to trace small circles on your skin.

"We had a streak! What's wrong Ken-" You stop mid-sentence as he leans forward, placing his forehead on yours. Moonlight streams through your window, and you look up at him. He thinks you look very pretty. Kenma says as much, nuzzling his nose against your cheek.

He feels you huff in annoyance, but you don’t push him away. He pulls you closer, kissing your cheeks before backing up just enough to kiss the tip of your nose.

He smiles as your pout melts away.

But he notices the way your eyes flicker down to his lips.

“You want something?” He knows he’s being a little mean, but he justifies it with the goosebumps that rise under his finger tips.

Kenma chuckles before grabbing and kissing you. Your hands fly to his shirt, and he looks at you through hooded eyes. You kiss him back, and he can’t help to smirk at how flustered you get.

Breaking the kiss, you turn away and lay down on the bed. He can’t help but think you look a little drunk. Coming up behind you, he balances himself on his hands as he kisses your neck.

“G-go to sleep, Kenma” You say as you turn to push him down.

He pouts in return, but you’re already pulling the covers up and snuggling into him. Kenma kisses you again before finally grabbing you and closing his eyes.

The last thing he sees is you smiling at him.
