Rewatching Strangers from Hell as some sort of weird comedy honestly is very healing, and Moonjo being a clown every ten minutes helps a lot

if a character means enough to me i will truly never stop thinking about them. i just retire them into a little back room in my brain and periodically bring them out to stare at them under a little light

i think my favourite version of doubling/mirroring is actually when one person is a possible future version of the other. and in turn that person is looking at them and seeing their past self. the beginning and the end points of the same road.
