listen, I love how things played out in AC Valhalla’s canon re: Eivor having to rescue Sigurd because, on a personal level, I can’t remember the last canon I consumed where a woman orchestrated a full on siege to save someone she loves (I’m sure it’s out there, I just haven’t seen it yet)

but

I also can’t help thinking about what if Eivor had been the one taken as a hostage instead

Ivarr is arguably the most vikingr viking out of the entire AC Valhalla game.

The most ruthless viking, you probably picture a hyper masculine big dude like Ubba or Sigurd, yet it's Ivarr. Who's not really that big or tall in comparison to the other men in the game. His facial hair is so sparse, he doesn't even have a beard! AND he's a pretty boy, his features are actually quite feminine and delicate: the slender jaw, the pixie nose... He's very pretty!

Anyway I love the fact that the most badass viking in this game isn't mainstream manly!

Gods I hate that final final hunting king Aelfred quest, erasing that from my memory in 3 2 1…nope, everyone was just horribly injured, but survived and they all got everything they wanted, and lived full happy lives until the end of their days! Woo fiction!
