@sixty-silver-wishes I’m referring to a character named cesare from the indie animated series Bigtop Burger. his character is heavily inspired by cesare from cabinet of dr caligari. the series is free on YouTube, created independently, and only takes about thirty minutes to watch. i seriously recommend it, it’s pretty neat :]
