This is a sort of follow-up to the UTTU ask I sent a while ago, thinking about why Getian and Isolde are categorized as they are. With Getian being "preserved," it's most likely because he's the last of his species, and thus is "preserved" by the Foundation. This could also work with Jiu, considering she's half-Lushu iirc. Regarding Isolde, being "archived" does probably relate to her being seen as dangerous to the Foundation. But I also realized that Isolde, probably being one of the few survivors and one of the direct causes of the Vienna Storm, the Foundation is in need of primary sources. And here are some other things I noticed in other characters' bios: Both AliEn T and Voyager are stated to be "controlled" by the Foundation in their bios. It's probably in the same vein as Isolde, where they're considered dangerous and need to be monitored by the Foundation. And I'm assuming that Institutum Lorentz, a hidden/secret organization within Laplace, is okay with being publicly being named in a magazine popular with arcanists. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - Mayeux
