billy has dysphoria (i guess, in this case, he feels like he’s still in his original form and forgets this at times) and sometimes, when he sees what he looks like as a human, he has a panic attack; it was one thing to possess someone, but this is basically a prison for him and he acts super angry at the world, but he’s really just terrified of being stuck in this form forever. 

he also forgets he doesn’t have an eye mouth and has tried to put food in his eyes more than once. he forgets that he doesn’t have powers too, so he tries to float and ends up falling or snaps his fingers only for nothing to happen.
