BTS Pregnancy Series #6: He First Notices Your Baby Bump

16 weeks, or four months, pregnant.

Kim Seokjin

Jin opened the door to your house, sighing as his muscles ached from practice. “Jagi!” Jin yelled.

“In the kitchen!” You yelled back, making him smile. After dropping his bag and taking off his shoes, he walked down the hall to the kitchen, stopping to lean against the doorway. You were dancing in place to the song that flowed through the radio, while you stirred whatever was in the pot on the stove. 

“How was practice?” You asked, feeling his presence in the room.

“Tiring, but happy to be home with you,” Jin smiled, making you look over your shoulder at him. You turned off the stove and turned around, making Jin’s eyes widen.

“Wow,” he whispered, walking closer to you. You were confused as to what he was talking about until he gently placed his hand on your little baby bump. “That wasn’t there this morning,” he said with furrowed brows.

“I know,” you giggled. “Seems like the little one’s just grown out of nowhere.”

“Amazing,” he laughs as he kisses you softly.

Min Yoongi

“Yoongi,” you whined, adding a stomp of your foot for good measure. “Come to bed.”

“Baby, I just have to finish going over this chorus that Namjoon sent me,” Yoongi replied without even turning around to look at you.

“You’ve been doing that for two hours now,” you groaned. “You know I don’t sleep well without you there,” you whimpered, feeling yourself getting teary eyed. Yoongi could hear that in your voice so he turned around, but he wasn’t prepared for what he saw.

“Come here jagiya,” he held out his hand to you, and you walked over to him and grabbed his hand. He could see the small curve of your stomach underneath the t-shirt you were wearing and he reached his hand up to touch it, but stopped as he looked up at you. “Can I?”

“Go ahead baby,” you nodded. He softly placed his hand on your belly, rubbing over the small curve slowly. 

“So crazy,” he chuckled. “Our baby’s in there.”

“Yeah, and we’re sleepy so can you please come lay with us?” You pleaded, making Yoongi laugh at you.

“Of course jagi. Come on,” he said as he stood up and led you upstairs to your bedroom.

Kim Namjoon

“So, how’s everything going with the boys?” You asked Namjoon as you both walked through your favorite park. 

“Good, good. Lots of recording and trying to figure out what we want on the album but good,” Namjoon smiled as you walked over to a bench. You both sat down, looking at the ducks swimming in the pond.

“I hate comeback season,” you grumbled.

“Why?” 

“It takes you away from me. Well, us now,” you giggled, looking down at your stomach. Namjoon smiled fondly at the little bump under your sweater.

“Little one is really growing now huh?” He smiled.

“Yeah. Crazy to actually see it,” you giggled.

“Yeah, but he or she is beautiful,” Namjoon said before kissing your forehead.

Jung Hoseok

“Be careful Y/N-ah,” Hobi sighed as he watched you play with your nephew in the pool.

“Hobi, I’m fine,” you rolled your eyes playfully. “I’m not made of glass you know.” Hobi didn’t reply, he just continued to watch you help your nephew learn how to doggy paddle. After a few more minutes, your nephew decided that he was bored of the pool so you both got out. As you went to grab a towel, you took off the swimsuit cover that you’d had on, leaving you in your blue two piece.

“Yah,” Hobi exclaimed, reaching out and placing both hands on your belly. You giggled, watching his face for his many reactions.

“Big right?” You asked, making him nod.

“You really have two babies in there,” he laughed. “Our babies,” he smiled before placing a kiss right above your belly button.

Park Jimin

“Y/N-ah,” Jimin groaned loudly from his spot in bed. “Hurry up and come lay down so I can cuddle you.”

“Jeez Park Jimin,” you sighed as you turned the bathroom light off as you walked out of the bathroom. “You have no patience.”

“And you’ve always known that but yet you still take forever sometimes,” he teased, making you roll your eyes. You climbed into bed, quickly settling down next to Jimin, being his little spoon. He reached up and turned off the lights, before wrapping an arm around your waist.

“Night jagiya,” he whispered before leaving a soft kiss on the back of your neck. You hummed in response and closed your eyes, feeling exhausted all of a sudden. You were vaguely aware of Jimin’s hand creeping up, and he ran his hand over the small curve that had recently formed. 

“Good night little one,” he said before falling asleep, his hand never leaving your belly.

Kim Taehyung

“Yah! Y/N! We’re gonna be late!” He yelled as he opened the door to your bedroom. You looked up at him as you pulled on your jeans, while still only in a bra.

“I know Tae. I’m sorry but I can’t figure out what to wear,” you sighed as you buttoned your jeans. Tae, however, had forgotten all about your plans with the boys as he saw the small bump of your stomach. He walked over to you and knelt down, coming face to face with it.

“Hi Munchkin,” he whispered, running a hand on the side of your stomach. “It’s daddy.”

“He or she just grew suddenly,” you laughed, placing your hand over Tae’s. He left a small peck to your stomach before standing up straight again. 

“How about I find something for you to wear while you finish your makeup, yeah?” He suggested, making you nod.

“What would I do without you?” You smiled, kissing his lips quickly before walking over to the bathroom.

Jeon Jungkook

You walked downstairs, seeing Jungkook sitting on the couch playing Overwatch.

“Kookie,” you whined.

“Yeah baby?” He asked, not looking away from the screen in front of him.

“Can I borrow one of your hoodies?” You asked.

“You never ask me any other time,” he shrugged. “You usually just take them.”

“I know but I wanted to make sure it was alright this time because of my belly,” you explained. He looked up and his jaw slightly dropped at the sight of a little baby bump under your form fitting shirt. He threw his controller down, before getting up and walking over to you.

“You actually have a little bump now,” he giggled, making you smile at how cute he was.

“Yeah, and I can’t fit my hoodies because they’re all fitted,” you sighed. 

“It’s alright baby,” he kissed your forehead. “Let’s go pick you one out, ok?” You nodded and he took your head, leading you upstairs to the closet.
