After painting her portrait, she asked that I share the following:

“Yes I did make the sweater myself thanks for noticing. You just left the yarn laying around from one of your dozens of projects that you always say you’ll start and then never get around to because you procrastinate and get distracted by the next craft project you think you’ll conquer. But at least I made good use of it. That’s what I try to do, you know, is attempt to organize and make your home a bit better. So now you won’t trip on the blue yarn, at least. And I gathered up the other tangled skeins and wound them properly for you. You’re welcome.”

Gosh, viewers. She’s a bit… passive aggressive, isn’t she? She also paid me with yoghurt, some of it expired, so if you’re missing any that’s where it’s gone, I suppose.

if we look at the color palette, then everything seems to be much more obvious. this is a weird gradient, i think.

After yellow comes green, and then cyanide (a color that does not exist in reality), so we can say that it is so bright that it seems white to those who watch. and on the other hand with other colors, it's the same. red goes down to black, which quickly turns into purple (bc purple is a dark color (very dark)) through the gradient due to the proximity of the colors on the palette. She crawled over to the opposite side of the original colors. weird, but at least i tried to explain how i see it

I definitely need to go back because I feel like the progression of Lauren's looks means something. The height is obvious, same as her getting more... eldritch? As everything progresses but what about the colors? We had:

Red and gold

Black and green

Purple and white

First one feels very Desert Bluffs colors and last one very Night Vale colors. I don't know if that's truly it considering the middle one though.
