Swim in o c e a n . Not pool .

Time is a man made concept . We sleep when sun goes down and wake when it rises .

But then also !!! Little naps during day !!!! Rest with friends !!!

Nocturnal people are cool too !!! Avoid heat and bugs in Summer !!!

Hibernation !!! Big feast at end and start !!!!
