I haven't seen Chips and Wheezy funkids anywhere...

So I decided to make them:

Elodie (Dupain-Cheng) Smokey

Looks like Chips and looks like Weezy in color. She is 12 years old and goes to school, dreams of becoming the boss of a big business.
